I ordered a Controllino Hotspot on December 22, 2021 and paid €503.90 via SEPA bank transfer.
The product was never delivered and I still have not received a refund despite multiple requests.
I hope the company can resolve this issue quickly.

Worst support ever, I've shipped a defective product under warranty and more than one year later still no reply. I've called them and they've insult me and they have hang up on me.
Don't buy from this scammer.

CONELCOM Engineering GmbH (formerly scam company “Controllino GmbH”) is on of the biggest Austrian scam companies! Austria is known for it´s crypto scams because the law enforcement works far too slow in Austria to catch scammers or close scam companies. Companies just change their name or close the old one and found a new SCAM-company! Most of their customers were forces to wait over 1 year to receive their Controllino hotspots but the worst thing is that they have not received what they have ordered (instead they received a cheaper version with less features the so-called “PRO” version) and the goods did NOT arrive on the OEM packaging!
Controllino and their non-existing customer support offered their customers a refund but customer who accepted a refund or a partial refund NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY BACK!
Also affiliate marketers never received any commission payouts! It is a shame that such a scam company can still operate and that they just needed to change their name for this.
Keep in mind that CONELCOM Engineering GmbH is still the SAME SCAM COMPANY and never buy anything from them!

Without any warning, this company shuts down a supposed 'decentralised' helium hotspot. They now continue their scam under the name of conelcom. Beware to never do any business with these scammers!

This company is dead. No answer since early May, asked for a refund and didn't get feedback.
Hotspot apps never worked and the new hotspot apps in "investigation phase" are there since forever and there's no feedback whatsoever. Discord channel disappeared and there's no comunity. A really regret buying a hotspot from them.

They stole my money. Do not order here.

No feedback on order. Stating you can cancel orders, but no money back or feedback after cancellation. Calling them is useless, you get no decent response, they lie to you.

I ordered a Hotspot V2 in January 2022. I was informed that I could chose the Hotspot Pro instead as the V2 was not being produced anymore. The Pro version is EUR180 less expensive than the V2. Controllino stated they would refund the EUR180 to my credit card, which I made the initial payment with (stated in invoice from Controllino in June 2022). I have still not received the Hotspot Pro, nor has the EUR 180 been credited to my credit card. I phoned Controllino today and they told me, personally, "I don't give a shxt", if I did not know that today is a public holiday in Austria. Why did they answer the phone if it was a Public holiday? If I do not receive the EUR this week, and an explanation as to why I have not received the paid for product, then I will file a fraud complaint against Controllino, and involve the Police. All fraudulent cases involving Controllino should be reported and the company Controllino should be shut down.

POLICE REPORT:
The Bundesministerium für Inneres, Bundeskriminalamt have done a lookup on Controllino.com. The service is hosted by Hetzner GmbH in Germany. Unfortunately they are not able to accept fraud reports online. To file a report it is necessary to go to a police station of your choice and file a report there. A formal complaint is necessary for the police to initiate and carry out further investigations.
If you live in Austria, the financial loss has occurred at your primary residence. Austrian authorities will then contact Germany via mutual legal assistance treaty (MLAT).
If you live outside of Austria, the procedure is the same. The police in your country will contact the country in question after filing the initial complaint via mutual legal assistance treaty (MLAT).

Die Rücküberweisung wurde … wie Sie selber sehen konnten durchgeführt. Leider kann die Rückführung auf die Kreditkarte 7-14 Tage dauern. Das ist die Zeit die sich STRIPE für die Rückbuchung nimmt. Das hat nix mit uns zu tun.
Aus dem Grund können Sie schon mal den 16. November vergessen. Machen Sie Fraud Reports so viele Sie wollen.
Und Ihre Kommentare die Sie irgendwo machen … sind uns ganz egal. Es gibt auf der ganzen Welt viele Idioten die dumme Dinge machen.

Fantastic microcontrollers, run by a useless organisation! Ordering is the most frustrating experience - quick to take your money, then nothing arrives, no emails are answered - nothing! If you're lucky your Controllino will arrive unannounced some time later. DREADFUL experience!

On their webshop they are saying that the controllino hotspot will be shipped within 3 working days. However my order from May is still not shipped which seems very strange to me! Also they do not respond to my e-mail to customer service from a week ago and they do not update any shipping information on their website since 1,5 month now. To me it seems that they are lying to there customers and I do not trust this company anymore! Do not order here!!

Ordered several Helium miners a year ago. Never received them. Tried to contact the company multiple times but I never got an answer. The money is gone I guess….

Do not order here. You will not receive your items and if you ask for refund you do not receive any answer. Very unprofessional. I wait now since February, but nothing happens. Makes me angry.
