I asked for help to order a correct filter for a new extractor fan, Rio was very efficient and advised me which to purchase. The package arrived a few days later and was a perfect fit. Brilliant customer service. We were having trouble finding the correct replacement filter and Rio helped us very quickly to find the right one.

Ordered a filter last week and a week later we still haven't received our product.

I can agree with other customers, the customer service is awful.

No update whatsoever, no offer to chase the parcel for me.

We received our order but it is looks like it's been smashed during the delivery...

It's still useable but due to it taking forever to get to us, we can't be bothered to get a refund or exchange it. We have all the proof as we were filming when opening the package.

Overall, I still wouldn't recommend this company.

I have a Russell Hobbs cooker hood, it is only a few months old. It is used in recirculating mode and uses carbon filters. The filters that are advertised on the RH website do not fit my hood and they have been unable to find me the correct ones. I contacted Cooker Hood Filters explaining this and although they didn't have filters named for my model number, they came up with a few alternatives and between us looking at the specification and dimensions, they sent what they thought would fit. Today I received them and they fitted perfectly, without their help I would have a cooker hood the wouldn't funcion correctly. My thanks to them for the help they gave me.

Brilliant!! They are amazing, I bought a new extractor hood and then could not find the charcoal filters anywhere. Rio was really patient and persistent, asked me loads of questions and managed to work out what would fit. he achieved what the manufacturers Hisense could not do. So grateful!

I bought a Lamona cooker hood at Howden’s 2 years ago. I was disappointed to find it discontinued, so they couldn’t provide a replacement carbon filter. Fortunately Cooker Hood Filters recommended a suitable alternative. Delighted with my new product.

Challenge Met!
I had an obscure Vectaire kitchen hood extractor. My parents live in a flat, where the previous owner had left the carbon filters off, so we had no reference units to check against. The make/model yielded no results on the internet but I reached out to Rio at Cooker Hood Filters. With a bit of detective work he found the ones he thought would fit and with our joint approach we tried them and they fitted just like the original. Other flat owners in the building and in other installations of similar more industrial designs to the buildings extraction system, with the same model should now find risk free purchases via Cooker Hood Filters. Great news, great service!

I contacted Cooker Hood Filters hoping they would be able to supply the Blanco filters I needed. I dealt with Rio, who from start to finish was very helpful and prompt with his replies. I would recommend the company and will certainly be buying from them again.

Website lists filters as being compatible with certain models when in fact they are not. A lot of back and forth for this to be recognised by the company before they would issue a refund. Even then, no apology, no attempt to ship the correct product, no acknowledgement of the wasted time involved due to their error. Would not recommend on account on unreliability.

Received two filters that I ordered on receipt one had a broken fixing tab . Contacted the company via email spoke to Rio and without quibble sent me a replacement. Great service.

So pleased with the customer service I received from cooker hood filters. I’ve been struggling to find an aluminium mesh filter for my cooker hood for ages. Can’t seem to find anyone who stocks the size I need. I contacted cooker hood filters with my requirements and they were so helpful and with a few questions and a bit of info they were able to provide me with the correct filter I needed. I ordered them and they arrived within a few days and the fit is perfect. Rio was my customer service adviser and they replied to my emails within the hour. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.

The manufacturer does not seem to supply replacement Carbon Filter for our Bosch cooker hood, so we sought a compatible item.
