Low technical level and messy processes

I ordered solar panels in November and sale process was excellent, the company promised good ROI and answered questions quickly.

When initial payment (1K EUR) was made, a manager called me to setup a phone call to discuss all installment details. We agreed, and during the call she asked me question related root material, etc.

I said, that I'm not a pro in solar panels installation, so it's easier if their engineers come and check. We setup an appointment at 12-00 in a week or so. Engineers came at 8-30? Why? I had different schedule, but changed it and spent 3 hours with them discussing all details.

Then installation date was scheduled. Company sent tons of emails how important to be be at home at the time.

At installation date other stuff came and started discussion how the could make a hole in the roof. During prev session we decided to mount in total different way, but these guys said they had no details about plan we'd discussed previously. Why I spent 3 hours?

After that, they recognized that they ordered 3-phase inverter instead of 1-phase needed? Anyone in Coolblue cares about? Okay, they delivered 1 phase in an hour.

Intallation took a day, and whole day nobody closed the door and window - it was really cold at the end.

Then, their engineer told me, that they install Growatt with 3G modem and it'll send all data directly. He mentioned that it's the best solution and it's not required any wifi connection.

Next day I opened an electricity place, when wifi router is located and found Growatt LAN connector just thrown there. Nobody cares about connection.

As result, no results were transmitted and no way to check that the system works properly.

I asked manager to fix that and during my manual checks it's shown very low generation level (less than promised in 10x) what is probably related to incorrect solar panel installation (I'm very disappointed with tech level).

She promised me that an engineer would come and check. We set up an appointment at 12-00 in a week. I had a meeting and planned to come at 11-30, but there service man came at 11-00 and surprised my wife. He just connected LAN and went away. No answers and checks were made.

I compared generation with my friends, it's much lower that they have. Company keeps silence.

Stay away.
