Great sales and but no service!
Great sales and ok installation service, until you have an error and can’t charge anymore. Now we have been waiting for 12 days for some technician to check what is going on, and nothing is happening. Was promised and update and despite several calls from us, still the same issue. Nobody seems to know what even their current wait time is for technical issues. So if you expect somewhat of a service, stay away from Coolblue.

I would definitely rate their service with five stars due to:
- Excellent service by Julian Vogel in working patiently along with me in deciding the best option for my situation and answering all my questions
- Very quick in planning the installation dates. Everything was executed within two weeks from confirmation
- The installers (Bart & Team) were highly efficient and the whole installation was done perfectly and neatly.
I am very much happy with the entire team who I had interacted with during this process.

Rest assure to have your solar panels built by Coolblhe
Although the electrician wasn't able to turn up on the same day they installed the solar panels, someone came over the next day and everything else was working after. I would recommend coolblue since its a large company and they do things the right way.
