I have enjoyed Coolhog pork scratchings for quite some time now and have tried most of the flavours available. The quality of the scratchings is top end compared to any shop bought items. However, for me, I am finding that the flavours are becoming far too overpowering and I would love a lighter flavour range if that were at all possible.

Really appreciate the honest feedback too. Our flavours are definitely bold by design, but I completely understand that not everyone wants full throttle every time.

My order was hand packed by Kim. It has the perfect portion sizes and packed with flavour. I will definitely by trying different flavours when I get the chance. My favourite so far has been the curry closely folded by the habanero chilli, which has the perfect heat to it.

Mystery Box
I thought I would buy a mystery box for the husbands birthday, I crossed my fingers. It took a week from ordering to arrive which was fine as I’d left plenty of time before his birthday.
The mystery box was awesome!! I had two bags of pork scratchings, one bag of sweets and two cookies! One of the bags were Salt and Vinegar which are my fave! Super happy! Hopefully the husband will share!

Took a month and a half and then order wrong!
Ordered towards end of November and didn't receive until January!! Appalling customer service, zero communication despite me emailing 3 times to find out what was going on, and when my order finally came some items were substituted for the plain original which I did not want. Let alone the fact there was no note apologising for the substitution, nothing! Just looks like they got the order wrong, just assuming it was a substitution, maybe wrongly.. Not happy at all! Want a refund for that item but will I get one? Doubt it, they still aren't replying to messages/emails. Avoid!

I’m genuinely sorry you had this experience. Waiting that long, chasing multiple times and then receiving substituted items without proper communication is not acceptable.
There should absolutely have been clear contact and an explanation. That’s on us.
Black Friday and the Christmas period exposed weaknesses in our systems at the time, but that doesn’t change the frustration you’ve described.
