Seven Weeks Late, Poor Customer Service, Disappointing Products
I waited nearly seven weeks for delivery despite the guarantee of arrival before Christmas. I was ignored when I asked for a refund. The customer service is appalling, and the offer of a discount on future orders doesn’t come close to making up for the weeks of silence, false guarantees, and stock replies to reviews.
I can’t even say much nice about the product. The best I can manage is that the cookies were half-decent, but at £4 each, I’d never buy them again. I really dislike the pork scratchings. I tried a couple a day to genuinely give them a chance, as I felt getting a refund would be pointless, but I’ve ended up liking them even less.
It’s a real shame, as I wanted to like these, but the subpar product and terrible company response mean I’d recommend people avoid them.

I did an order with this company on the 8th December showing all items in stock.
I emailed this company on the 18th December requesting a tracking number as there was no sign of delivery.
People started complaining on there social media page because their orders where not complete or not delivered. The company also deleted complaints on their social media and carried on with sales guaranteeing Christmas delivery for orders placed before the 15th December.
On the 2nd January I still had no delivery or contact from the company i contacted my bank to detract my money.
On the 6th January the company contacted me letting me know my items were out of stock. Offering a part order, refund or replacement.
I told the company I started a refund process with the bank and was waiting a refund.
The company obviously didn’t like this because straight away I had a email for delivery.
A delivery arrived 8th January a incorrect part order !!!!
My order was: plain pork scratchings, maple flavour and black pepper with a jar of peanut Brittle.
Costing £49.77.
The delivery they sent me was :
Plain, black pepper and chilli and NO peanut brittle.
Because this company had proof they sent me something to show the bank. The Bank rewarded the company my money.
Not What I Ordered and still out of Pocket!

Wow, an explosion of flavour
Great customer service but wow just wow on this product. I grew up in the midlands where scratchings were a staple snack, these are outstanding! I’m so happy I paid for the extra flavour cos they are a sensation, an explosion in your mouth. I ordered Worcester sauce, habanero & black pepper & now want to try the others. Recommend

Had seen adverts on Facebook and Instagram, decided to give them a try. The website is easy to navigate and everything is set out nice.
I picked maple, bbq and original to start off with.
Was told at check out that they might take a little longer because of the time of year.
Well today they arrived, packed very well, and all looks good, now for the taste.......... OMG , all are amazing and very crunchy.
Will be recommending to friends and family.
