I think the charging gap can be increased to provide easier plugin on the charger. At the moment it works but I struggle to get my fingers around the charger when removing it. I wouldn’t change anything if structural integrity was to be compromised.

We're sorry to hear that the case is not sturdy enough to hold the iPad. The rugged case is made of super lightweight EVA foam + the hinge of the handle is designed to fold to up to 110~ degrees angle when sitting upright.
Given that the iPad nowadays are getting bigger and heavier in comparison to the first ones rolled out 10 years ago, the rugged case can only support your iPad when lying down or in landscape mode.

About our conversation history, the team made efforts to bump up your order and requested to have this shipped via express at no charge. However, due to the situation in the United States, the service time and delivery range of parcels is gravely affected to a certain extent.
The good news is, your order has arrived in Alabama on 17th June. The best thing to do now to contact USPS to arrange a delivery at your most convenient time and place.

This is an excellent bluetooth keyboard…
THIS is an excellent bluetooth keyboard folio case and not only does it looks great, it has great performance. There is no apparent latency between keystrokes and response in typing. It is very easy to connect via Bluetooth to our Lenovo M10 tablet.
I would also like to say that the Customer Serice was was excellent when I had a question about where my product wasim shipment they were in continuous contact with me until it arrived! 5 out of 5 stars!
