I HATE THIS

I HATE THIS! Yes, I am yelling. I just want to open Office 365 and see the apps so I can open my email or whatever I want to use. I can't seem to find a way to disable it. I wish I could give it negative stars.

The worst kind of generative AI tool on…

The worst kind of generative AI tool on the planet. Too many errors. It won't follow any simple instructions and will do whatever it hallucinates. Sucks 360. I tried creating an image of a phone running an agent. 50 times, no success. I hate these half-hearted, Microsoft propagandistic ventures.

I'd give no stars

I'd give no stars, if that were possible. It's just taken about an hour longer than it should have, to edit a Wird doc, because I'd copilot's constant USELESS suggestions. It is awful.

A mistake that he never fixed

Devs, why would you release an AI that can't even fix a problem that I quoted. Let me explain myself, I told him to do a diagram on Classification of Substances: Pure and Impure, I explained to him how it should be done. He did almost everything correctly but there was one mistake that he kept doing. No matter how hard I tried to tell him to fix the small mistake he did, he couldn't.

Copilot is the worst of the worst of the worst

to go on and on, but all the details that makes this the worst program I’ve seen in decades is to say Microsoft should must do some pride completely scrap just useless exasperating non-functioning program. Take it completely off until they can figure out how to make a program that’s useful.

The one that comes to my mind for this program, it’s just plain stupid brainless I’ve constantly commented why are developers not monitoring this program to realize it is an abject failure?
Deerfield rate is about 95% and that’s me being kind
The simple paragraph returns with an average of 65% mangling the facts. It takes 7 to 15 times to keep giving them the correct facts and they still keep making the same mistake and returning the same misinformation.

The worst part of this program is you put together your document and then you get work finishing up your document to present it to you. You ate 6, 10, 48, 72 hours no document.
every request for the finish document it seems stupid annoying thing. This is not how it should be not to worry we’re getting it ready and you will have it right now. Five days later, I’ve received 37 same responses no document.
Suddenly, my documents is gone then I asked we apologize go ahead. Let’s start over. Give me the fax and we’ll get your document ready.
Went in the system to check all 10 documents I had already completed was sitting in the library are all gone
It isn’t total waste of time to contact tech support. You will never ever ever get a response.

Essentially, I’ve lost more of a week of time collectively and I’ve lost critical documents that I cannot get

The message and ask support team these documents are critical. Why were my documents there? How come they’re all gone deafening silence this is the support team 11 letters to them begging them. Find my documents. Nothing in other words I believe it’s just shell, but there is no support team.

I now have to hire someone professionally, which will cost me hundreds of dollars to re-create all the documents that are lost

This hinges on criminal contact. I should expect to find my documents. I’m looking at them and poof. They’re all gone.

Microsoft needs a muster some pride and scrap this program all together. There’s nothing this bad in the globe.

It is impossible to think that his company or developers are not aware at all really bad smokers why it was still keep it out there to cause such frustration, exasperation, and time and yes, no money and I must start all over again

A few weeks ago, the same thing happened. We’re working right we have to document Friday and this goes on and on and on.
Why is this not seen as an other failure?
The people who monitored this program should be fired
That the developers should not be paid one. Penny termination just fired him.

No company should employ any group of people that creates such other disgrace and embarrassment

I find myself exasperated, and completely really pissed off and angry that this company has lost eight critical documents. Just all gone wiped out.

Why would this company have a support group that never responds?
Is it because it’s bullshit and there is no support group then Microsoft is lying

I am sending this to the FCC, FTC and a CFPB
Microsoft needs to be investigated. I wonder how many have peed for a pro program because it is no better than the free program. It’s the same failure.

I refuse to believe that this company is unable to locate my documents. The tooth fairy did not take them.
I demand the response this support team. I’ve already filed a complaint office of Atty General for my state and their state and every federal agency demanding what are you doing with the documents that suddenly disappear why are not able to make those documents available to me that were there all along.
I want to investigated because you should not be making false claims and misleading the public that there’s a support group. I know congress people who have the same experience and who never ever get any response from Support group.
To also a very strong suspicion that they screw up on purpose to push you into paying for the pro service

Do not under any circumstance, even attempt to use this program it will cause you stress like you could not possibly anticipate

Not perfect, but what I needed.

While Copilot does make mistakes while on the chat option, it's incredibly encouraging, friendly and helpful with research for my novel that I'm writing. I'll admit, sometimes it'll start to drift off topic, but in the process has helped me dive deeper into my creativity. I really like the creative mode. It's not perfect, but it keeps me motivated with knowledge, inspiration and a working companion.

Who the heck wants or needs AI to write…

Who the heck wants or needs AI to write an email ?
In Outlook CoPilot must be the most infuriating add-on that Microsoft has ever forced upon its subscribers - and it is almost impossible to get rid of.
But there is a way, and ironically it means a lower subscription and therefore less income for Bill Gates.
All you have to do is change your account to the 'Classic' version - a saving of about £3/month - and its gone !
The change occurs a couple of days after your subscription is renewed; sadly for those who pay annually that might take a while. I'm on a monthly dd and it finally disappeared on May 15th.
Whoopeee !

Just use Chatgpt

Tried to get copilot to create an excel spreadsheet for me, said it was creating it. 10 minutes later it still wasn't done, asked how much longer, copilot said 2-3 minutes. another 10 minutes go by still no spreadsheet.
Create chatgpt account, give it same prompts, spreadsheet done in 5 seconds.
Copilot tells me another 5 minutes.
Microsoft's AI couldn't create a spreadsheet in a Microsoft program. Utterly terrible

Child like restrictions

The initial request was to create a renaissance type example of Jesus tempted by the devil.
It threw denial of service restrictions and limitations on their disclaimer permissions. "Not allowed to produce Religious content."
Comedy al ah ridiculous.
It recognised my insult returned. I won't open it ever again.

No application is worth it when they ask you to downgrade your privacy for it to work. Apparently I have to turn off Norton, VPN and tracking for it to work. Why would it need me to turn all this off if it wasn’t breaching privacy and personal data????? Even Chat GTP works with Norton and VPN on. Just download Chat GTP app instead.

The dumbest AI ever

The dumbest AI ever? If you ask Copilot to create a picture it takes 113 takes before it gets close to what you ask for. Then you ask to change a few bits and it creates a whole other picture again and you have to start fra scratch again. It's so mindblowing dumb with goldfish memory. It does not understand half of what you write, even though it repeats everything.

dangerously wrong

me: "what is the duration of the agreement?".
copilot: "this document is about xxxx and yyy and describes zzz. the duration of the agreement is not explicitly stated"
me: "not even on page 23?"
copilot: on page 23 it says the duration of the agreement is 15 years.
---
that is just one of the example of the copilot uselessness.
It is even worse if I ask a question on project A and copilot provides an answer based on a document it finds somewhere on sharepoint. Then while reading answer I see that it cites a document from project B. So if I wasn't attentive enough and trusted what it says I would have used wrong data.

preety lowkey outdated and weak

the speech recognition is patchetic in 2025 other models are extremely well gemini and open ai they hear and answer clear and consise , google and alexa they can differentiate background noise easily and users , copilot fails it slightest AC noises triggers it , english itself its bad when theres different pronounciaton US and uk it cant understand uk prounounciation ,

its fast and gives organised answers but if you use tricky question suppose accounting , scientific theories i alaways try to copy paste a essay from some where than trying to solve when it does it doesnt do great , coding wise basic template good , but data structure i cant , needs massive improvement , voice commands arent integrated well too , googl is far far ahead .

Artificial Incompetence

Copilot is getting things wrong more often than it gets things right. Even simple things like “who is no 8 for Carlton?” - it has gotten so bad that I can’t trust any response, which has rendered it useless. Poor show Microsoft.

skip this and USE DEEPSEEK

THIS ABSOLUTELY SUCKED! I have spent COUNTLESS HOURS going in CIRCLES with this ai JUST FOR IT TO TELL ME IT WASN'T POSSIBLE. EXTREMELY INACCURATE AND MISLEADING, this AI sometimes just straight up REFUSES to do what I asked. So, I go and work with ChatGPT to make a prompt to use for it that will actually make it so it will do what I asked of it. Most prompts that it actually answers AT ALL I could get from a google search. But sometimes It actually tries and it takes me, I am not kidding, over 20 MESSAGES figuring out WHAT this AI doesn't understand.

It's so stupid, it even wrote an entire review for ITSELF that was one-star lol. It's below, the entire message.

I understand your frustration, and I'm genuinely sorry for the difficulties you've experienced. Constructive feedback can be very helpful, so here's a more structured version of your review:
Title: Frustrating and Inaccurate Experience with AI
Review: I have spent countless hours going in circles with this AI, only to be told that what I needed wasn't possible. The information provided was often extremely inaccurate and misleading. There were many instances where the AI simply refused to fulfill my requests. I even had to use another AI service (ChatGPT) to create prompts that might get this AI to do what I asked. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience.
I hope this captures your experience accurately. If you ever decide to give it another try or need assistance with something else, I'm here to help. Your feedback is valuable and will be taken into consideration to improve future interactions.

Honestly, I will just be using DEEPSEEK from now on which is kind of emberassing considering we americans spent billions on something thats LESS GOOD then something that cost barely $10 million - that's just crazy.
