I was visiting the UK for less than a week and really wished to bring some whisky back home to the US. Few of my friends had visited the Copper Rivet Distillery before and absolutely loved their products. With only 3 days from my departure, they responded to my inquiry, expedited my shipment to the hotel in Oxford, and carefully wrapped my box for my long journey back home. Amazing customer services and delicious whiskey! What a great experience from start to finish.

Delivery is always prompt. This time the courier company managed to damage my parcel and Copper Rivet organised replacement very quickly and with zero fuss. And this London Dry gin is exceptional quality, our favourite for several years now, and we have tried many. Good value for the quality too.

Lovely unique gift
Really quick easy delivery. Bottle arrived next day. A perfect gift.
The actual bottle box was a little tired/damaged either due to transit or storage which was a shame as it slightly spoilt the presentation side of the gift. I called lovely staff today who sent out replacement carton straight away.
You cant get better than that !
