Great birthday present
Was bought a whiskey tour for my birthday and it was a really enjoyable tour.
We learnt a lot about the distillery, it's history and the different types of spirit they brew at the Copper Rivet.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and the samples very welcome.

Don't bother if you are a small party.
Booked this on 18th December 2024 for a tour on 11th April 2025. This was quickly confirmed, but then we were bumped back from 1pm to 7.30 pm. They then informed us yesterday that this had been cancelled completely due to a "clash with a private hire booking".
Obviously they have had a late party booking which would mean more money for them, and rather than try to accommodate us, who had booked four months in advance, we were given the bum's rush.
So the message is if your are a small party, book somewhere else that actually cares about it's customers.

The mix up was genuine and the Wedding Booking which caused the clash had been in place, as you can imagine, for many months. Unfortuntately we had an oversight in our experience booking platform which didn't block these dates out, so the employee who dealt with your original move was unaware of the wedding. As soon as this came to light you were approached with sincere apologies and, of course, have recieved a full refund and an offer of a complimentary experience to compensate for your

Great gin
Product delivered really quickly, I ordered 2 bottles of dockyard gin thinking it was Chatham dockyard gin and it was the London gin that I mistakenly ordered but that’s my fault so will need to order again.

The girl that answered the phone was really helpful. She was new, but obtained the information I needed explaining the gift vouchers I required for the Restaurant were only available at present on the Distillery website which they are merging at the moment. The vouchers were despatched by second class post and arrived just over a week later. All done as promised thank you. Andrew

Gift vouchers for teacher
I bought vouchers for a tour as a gift having experienced one there myself. The website was easy to use and it was simple to find the vouchers. I had to wait almost a week for them to arrive (2nd class post) which is the only thing I would ask to be improved

Bought a small bottle of Navy Strength Gin on the website, collected from the distillery. All went very smoothly, just like a real retail transaction.
Haven’t tasted the Gin yet as it was for a birthday present but if it’s anything like the normal Gin then it’ll be fine.
