Not Happy with Delivery!!
The order was supposed to be next day delivery but it was about 10 days. Not happy about that!!! My husband enjoyed the whisky very much 😋

We're really happy your husband enjoyed the whisky. But we're very sorry to see that you're unhappy with the delivery. We normally expect delivery in 2-3 working days. In this case, our courier raised an issue with the account which unfortunately took 5 days to resolve. This is obviously a disaster for us as a small family business. Nevertheless, our customer service person did his very best to keep you updated with information about the situation.

Small tasting glass and whisky made a lovely gift; beautifully presented and delivered promptly.

Masthouse Whisky
Got a gift set of minatures for xmas and really liked the Masthouse Whisky from this small distillery so ordered a couple of big bottles for the collection, usually a Scotch drinker but this is a very pleasant experience. Ordering & delivery were quick and painless. Good job guys. 🥃

This is the 4th time I have ordered your vouchers. They make amazing presents. However on this occasion, I ordered on 10th November & still not received them. I called today (11th December) & was told there had been a delay. I did get a genuine apology but no goodwill gesture was offered & my vouchers have still not arrived. Sadly, I’m reluctant to buy anymore for fear they won’t arrive in time.
