Great customer service
Ordered swimsuit for wife which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the colour did not suit so needed to return, the return process very straightforward with quick refund. Highly recommend.

I’m sorry to say I bought my husband…
I’m sorry to say I bought my husband the dark blue dry robe to open for his mid December birthday/ Christmas present combined , he’s only wore the robe a few times indoors, just over a week the fur lining seam had come away with a big hole under the arm.
I’m so very disappointed with the quality of the stitching.
Because I bought the item in November I couldn’t claim a refund, the company offered if I return the robe they would fix it, it’s obvious if he had been wearing it a often for outdoor swimming, the stitching would have been a lot worse.
My husband says he will repair it!
I’m not happy!

This states you have torn the robe, we sent a reply to you promptly with a pre-paid label offering a repair for your tear, which you have rejected via a review, for future resolutions we do offer life extending repairs and zippers if needed past our warranty period.

Terrible stitching quality, dont buy
Purchased in February 2025 (9.5 months ago), on arrival the right pocket hadn't been sewn up but I was happy with everything else so made a quick mend myself, what a mistake, should have returned! Since, with minimal wear due to spring/summer weather, the stitching under the right arm has completely undone. Contacted Customer Services (if you can call them that) to be told only offer a 30 day return and a 6 month wear and tear policy from purchase. Explained that due to summer, the robe had only been worn a few times over a period of a few months. They did offer to repair but only if I paid for tracked shipping to Cornwall. Will be cheaper to have repaired locally. Lots of companies offer dry robes i would recommend purchasing elsewhere and avoid CSC at all costs. Wasted £££.

As noted during our communication, the robe was purchased 11 months ago, which means it’s outside our 30-day return period and our 6-month wear-and-tear policy. Because we can’t verify what may have occurred during that time frame, the most appropriate solution we can offer is a repair assessment.
We did offer a repair service and only asked that the item be returned to us so our team could properly inspect and fix it. We completely understand if returning it by tracked shipping isn’t the most convenient option for you, and we’re sorry that this added to your frustration.

It’s a pile of rubbish
It’s a pile of rubbish . My husband bought his coat just over a year ago ago and he only used it a handful of times . The zip was a struggle from the beginning but he gave it a benefit of a doubt , well it broke completely today . For a £100 coat is an absolute joke , and the website mentions nothing about refunds or exchanges past 30 days. Money down the drain , feel like we were robbed. Avoid
