My experience with Cosmedica has been nothing but a pleasurable experience. From my first interactions with my Patients Coordinator, Furkan O, to Dr Akar and the rest of the team, they made my experience a pleasant one. I have received two treatments over the past year totally 10,000 grafts. I will say Furkan was very responsive to me during every communication. I highly recommend Cosmedica to anyone thinking about a hair transplant.

We are very pleased with their services. Ugur was very informative and helpful. He was always available to answer our questions and made this process a lot easier to us.

Everything was perfectly organized. Mert and team were exceptional from when I landed to when I left. The procedure itself went very smooth. I’m 3 months post op and very happy with the results so far. Couldn’t recommend Cosmedica highly enough, thanks again.

Absolutely fantastic experience and group of people at the Cosmedica Clinic. My contact Romy -though Whatsapp- really helped guide me into the process. When I arrived in Turkey I was shuttled everywhere and didn't have to worry about anything. Dr. Acar addressed all of my concerns, drew an amazing hairline on me, and introduced me to the fantastic team that gave me my confidence back with hair lol. In this day and age there is not reason not to get this surgery, and I couldn't be happier I did it with Cosmedica and him. I was also housed in a nice hotel and all my needs were accommodated for, Special shout out to his two incredibly competent and talented medical assistants.

Overall, a well managed, professional experience carried out by calm knowledgeable staff. Melisa did a great job organising all and answered my questions by Whatsapp. I found it very reassuring that they were just nice people doing their jobs and taking care to make everything work well.

Just completed a hair transplant with Cosmedica and I can’t say enough good things. This is something I’d been thinking about for many years and finally decided to pull the trigger. Did tons of research, contacted 7 or 8 places and settled on Cosmedica. My contact person (Emre) was excellent. Handled my numerous questions/concerns..etc with patience. Emre didn’t push me (some of other the places wouldn’t leave me alone…almost like they were trying to sell me a car)..just answered my questions and provided lots of options. The clinic took care of everything…picked me and my wife up from the airport in a beautiful vehicle, transported me to a nice hotel and then coordinated all the pick ups/drop offs for the rest of the trip. I brought my wife with on the first day at the clinic…if it didn’t feel right when we walked in, we were planning to just leave. From the moment I walked in, I knew I picked the right place. A woman named Yaren met me right away and made me feel comfortable…she explained everything that needed to happen, told me she’d be with me all three days and she was. Met with Doctor Acar the first morning…he’s very relaxed, friendly and clearly knows what he’s doing. He offered a lot of thoughts and designed the hairline with me and my wife. From there, we went to the operating room and got started. The team that worked on me was incredible…same team both days and they literally treat you like a king. The team of Suheda and Esin handled the majority of the work on me…highly recommend that you request them if you can. Doctor Acar did the incision work both days (this costs extra but I’d recommend you pay for this if is an option). Doctor Acar’s english is excellent and he is very comforting as he’s doing the work. Explaining every step.

Even though the team didn’t speak great English, they worked hard to over communicate with me…when they didn’t understand, they immediately brought in Yaren would guided us all thru the conversation. My surgery was two days of transplants…then a third day where they clean you up and talk you thru the next few weeks/months of care.

I’m am so happy I picked Cosmedica. The facility is clean and professional, the staff truly seems to care and literally bends over backwards for the patients. They are more expensive than some do the other clinics but it’s beyond worth it. I’ll post an update in another 6-8 months to show progress.

Everyone was so professional and productive at Cosmedica in special Mrs Simal , they made my trip worth it . I’ve had two surgeries done in the USA and in beautiful Istanbul the cost / benefit was Much better!

I have just returned from my trip to Cosmedica for a hair transplant plus teeth cleaning and whitening.

Firstly, my representative was Furkan, who from the beginning until the last day, was responsive, professional and extremely helpful.

I must say, overall I am incredibly impressed by the clinic, its staff and everything about the whole experience. They made you feel at ease, were professional and took away every hesitation and stress from the experience imaginable. From the airport transfers to the hotel, consultations to the procedure, everything was spot-on.

Dr Acar and his staff were understanding, professional and incredibly dedicated. They discussed every step of the way and provided enough information and products for the aftercare process to leave me feeling satisfied.

I would 10000% recommend anyone to go and receive a truly top-class experience like this.

The reason why I chose Dr. Acar cosmedica
clinic is that my friends brother was here a year ago. Isaw his very good hair transplant results and this motivated me to come here as well. I was picked up from airport by VIP services. And I want to say thank you to Mr. Ugur who was assisting me before the hair transplant and after , and also recommended me to choose stay at the clinic rooms instead of
hotel. They have special beds that you can set at any position needed to sleep which is
important after the hair transplant and 24/7
nurse assistance.

As a female, I recently got my hair transplanted and the whole procedure was beyond professional. Mr Uğur assisted me so well before the surgery, answered all my questions patiently and quick, informed me well and arranged the procedure for me. He kept asissting me as kindly also after the procedure. On the surgery day, Ms Esra listened to my expectations and complaints patiently, calmed me so well down with her warm sweet personality and professionality as I was quite nervous. She designed a good hairline that meets my expectations and goes well with my facial frame. During the procedure Ms Cansu and Ms Gözde was super sweet and caring, so cautious that it is not slightly painful for me, they took care of me like a family, answered my never ending questions and were always so professional and careful. Making sure I was not hungry, not in pain, everything works well, etc. It was such a comfortable, almost pain-free experience. I thank each member of the team not only for top-notch professionality, but also warm, understanding management of the whole procedure. Definitely recommended

I am a 43 year old patient from the UK

I’m nearly two years post surgery (May 2023) and my experience has been nothing but positive.

Once I had decided I was going to take the plunge, with some help from my wife/mother, I went in to it full steam. I did a lot of online research and made contact with a few providers before deciding on Cosmedica who were not the cheapest but with a procedure like this for me cost wasn’t the primary factor in making the decision. It was a great decision. The surgery took two full days which, while tiring, was pretty painless. It was mentally testing, lying there in the dark (head covered) for hours not really knowing what’s going on and the surgical noises can really make you wonder what the hell you are putting yourself through! The staff are great but there is not a lot of dialogue to be had, I put a lot of effort into engaging with my fellow patients who like me had mostly travelled alone to Turkey. I got a lot from our little group during those few days, guys from all over the world - UK, Israel, USA, Poland, Australia, Canada all going through the same emotions. We set up a WhatsApp group when we left and have kept in touch with each other since - comparing progress, recovery etc……

I’m so glad I made the decision to have a hair transplant and with this provider.

Its about 4.5 months after the surgery. I dont see any shocked hair growth. There are only few hairs does not experienced shock period keep growing for these months. But since the fully effect need to keep waiting, I will still leave 5 stars currently.
I would keep 5 stars for this hair transplant. Dr Acar designed my hairlines very scrouplously. As being an eastern asian, I was worry about whether he has good experience in asian's hair design since the majority patients are from europe. But lucky, one of my friends who come with me has a very good hairline. And I took him to his office. He referred my friends hair condition to refine my hairline designing.
I also want to comment on my surgery doctor and my surgery groups. They are very patient and keep working from the morning to about 8pm to finish the operation. I am probably the last person who finished the surgery that day. I got 4000 grafs finally. Dr Acar just draw my hairline but does not indicate how much hair that needed. I think they have choice to make hairs sparser or denser. If they make it a little bit sparser, they could have probably much less work to do without desdroying hairlines. But they did not select this way. I think they are tring as much as possible to help me. I really appreciate them. Their attitude to the work worths 5 stars comments. Since they charged customers not by graf unit but an all-in package, some of customers would worry about that they would try to do as less grafs as they can to minimize the workload. But actually, they consider it very professional. In my case, they could do 1 more unit work and 4001 unit may charge me extra. Or they can do less work to alliviate their workload with the same income. But they selected the number that benefit me the most, and they keep working for 9 hours on that day. If I have chance to visit Istanbul again, I wanted to send gift to who spent their time with me on that operation room on that day for 9 hours. But unfortunately I do not know my doctors' names. Maybe I should ask cosmedica for them.

After the transplant, the clinic’s specialists provided me with detailed instructions on post-transplant care (medications and shampoo) and explained how to take care of my hair in the coming months until the full regrowth cycle is complete, which will take between 12 and 18 months.

I highly recommend this clinic—it offers excellent value for money. The budget is on the higher side, but this is not one of those clinics that offer a flight, hotel, and a poorly done transplant for just €1,000.

The service is personalized from the moment you establish contact with customer support via WhatsApp in your country. The assigned agent, in my case Enes, supported me throughout the detailed coordination of transfers and hotel accommodations, which were of very good quality and matched the package price I selected. On the day of the procedure, you are accompanied by an assigned agent at the clinic to ensure all necessary lab tests are conducted to confirm your physical condition is optimal for the intervention. I was assisted by Sąheda and Yagmur (I hope these names are spelled correctly), both of whom attended to me with patience and dedication during the two days of the procedure.
Before this, I had a consultation with Dr. Acar and his assistant, who answered all my questions and defined the details of what was best for my case. Based on this, everything was planned accordingly. After the intervention, post-operative care is equally well-coordinated, including bandage removal, the first wash, and every step performed with great care and dedication.
Now, over five months later, I remain in contact, sending photos as agreed for monitoring the progress of implant growth. For me, price was not a determining factor; instead, it was the experience, technology, and reputation of Dr. Acar’s clinic that made it an excellent choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The whole process from the booking to the surgery was great. The contact person, Enes, who extremely helpful and responsive. From booking the surgery, to scheduling the pick up times from the airport to the hotel and clinic, to the stay, and answering all short of questions about accommodations, surgery process and after care Enes was there for me and my other friend who did the surgery. The clinic was very clinic and organize and the surgery went well. It has been two months since the surgery and now I’m starting to see some results so I’m still being patient with the hair growth.
