Initially there was a small hiccup during the shipment of the item but these things can happen and thanks to a nice competent and professional person on WhatsApp we finally managed to get a fantastic Spiderman costume for my son!!

My experience was great somehow this company manage to have my order before it’s actual delivery date which was Nov 2nd and had it deleivered by Oct 24th just in time for Halloween! The quality of these costumes are AMAZING I ordered the Naratu and Sasuke costumes for my 5year old & 7year old perfect fit with the kidsL and KidsS. You will not regret purchasing !!

Suit came in on time and size chart worked pretty well! I ended up having to pay for customs and duty (I got the duty insurance), and they reimbursed me for the duty charge and for half of the customs charge, which it sounds like they didn’t have to do! Would consider purchasing from them again.

The Superman costume was amazing. Great detail and high quality. 5’9” 205 and a large fit great

There were a few problems with the order! I ordered customizations but they couldn't go through with it because I did not check my email, the size was a little bit too small (I ordered M), and it ripped as soon as we tried it. But the shipping was fast (It only took 3 days to process and 2-3 days to ship!) and they were very helpful and kind, and offered to send a whole new outfit in L size to compensate for the faulty one (For free, they asked I only pay for half the expedited shipping fee!). Personally, I recomend ordering a little larger than what you think you need. ^__^ Overall the quality is OK (100% polyester fabric).

The customer service was excellent. Always very timely emails and they were very helpful. I will be buying from them again and would recommend!

Lady Dimitrescu's dress is very detailed, with all accessories included. The sellers were very kind and understanding in reaching an agreement for half of the compensation, as probably at the customs, the package was opened and poorly packaged (and a component of the dress had been unstitched and the hat arrived completely wrinkled ) . The tissue is pretty sheer and if I hadn't put a petticoat underneath, I wouldn't have felt very comfortable. But I still managed to wear it for my first cosplay.

I was unsure if this website was trustworthy, but it was my last hope of getting the cosplay I wanted in time (about a week left before my event). I mainly used the reviews on this website and reddit before making the decision to try my luck. I paid $80 for expedited shipping, but I didn't pay for toll or shipping insurances. Customer service was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. They were willing to do all that they can to increase the chances of the cosplay coming in time and were even willing to refund the expedited shipping I paid (before the cosplay shipped out) if I didn't want to risk the cosplay coming in on time. Honestly, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had online.

To my surprise, it arrived at the last second on the day of the event. I ordered 2 Black Rock Shooter cosplays out of the available sizes (Female XXS and Male Plus L). I was honestly pretty happy with the quality because it looked like the pictures and felt true to the provided sizing chart. I got a lot of compliments on them at the event, and I will definitely be keeping the cosplays for future conventions!

I ordered a non-customized dress from a more niche anime that had my rough sizes. I paid a few more bucks on toll insurance but no shipping insurance. Wasn't trying to get my hopes up but got pleasantly surprised when I got a tracking number and my dress arrived within 2+1/2 weeks.

The main dress part is actually made out of good fabric and has the perfect size for me. The coat even has shoulder pads and they seemed to have properly ironed everything or something. The tie wasn't as accurate as in the pictures but they even included the hair pieces that weren't even mentioned to be! Of course there were a few threads still sticking out at some parts, but fixing those few little things is super easy so there's no complaints all around! For that price I could have never made that by myself so beautifully. I'm really happy with it!
