I didn't know the shipping is from China, there was just only 15 days from St Patricks Day, I worried about the delivery day. Luckily, I got the package in the morning today, the size is just right. If the package arrives after St Patricks Day, I will apply for the refund.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered 3 costumes for my kids for Halloween on 10/4/2021. They arrived 11/3/2021. I emailed customer service for a return and refund and was given such a rediculous run around to the tune of 16 emails between 11/5/2021 and 11/25/2021 when they FINALLY gave me the return order form that their website required for a return. I gave them the USPS tracking number 12/2/2021 and as of 12/23/2021 according to USPS tracking, they received the package. It was at this point that they stopped answering my emails. They have not refunded my money as of today 2/28/2022.

Terrible!!!
Ordered 10 days ago and it won’t even let me track what I ordered. Has said in transit for days but when trying to see the location of package it says unavailable. Seems like I’ve been scammed.
I’ll just take my losses and never order from here again while advising any and everyone else not to buy from here also. They say it’s from the pandemic but I’ve ordered other things from all over and not had this issue. Just terrible business.

SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
I ordered from this sham of a company on Oct 1st and they offered a guaranteed delivery by Oct 15th. They gladly took my money and then proceeded to sit on my order for over 2 weeks. The costunes did arrive on November 3rd. It's hilarious how they keep responding to these bad reviews trying to claim that it's the pandemic and they are trying their best, but I had 4 orders from Wish that were ordered after Oct 2nd that arrived on the 16th and they were also shipped from China. Avoid this company like the plague, they are fraudulent scammers and deserve to be put out of business.

Late Delivery, Wrong Costume, No Communication
Ordered in late September but did not receive costume until after Halloween. Shipping status was stuck at ‘waiting for pickup’ until I disputed with PayPal. When package finally arrived, it was the wrong costume (police costume instead of Ant Man…not even close). No response from customer service and have accepted the $40 loss on this. But hope that others can learn from my mistake. Go to your local costume shop..avoid this site at all costs.

Nightmare. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I paid for expedited shipping and after complaining that I didn’t have my item, they finally started the shipping process 3 weeks after taking my money. I received the item 6 weeks after placing the order. I asked them to refund the shipping and customer service has “responded “ 3 times, last time telling me the item is on the way…. Who’s on first?

I ordered 2 costumes on October 2nd and they promised a delivery by 10/15. They waited 2 weeks to even pull or ship my order and it arrived on November 2nd. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!! I placed my order 2 weeks prior to needing the costume. I paid $30 for express shipping and another $50 for the costume, yet my order NEVER came. I emailed the company on October 20th and they did not respond to me until November 18th. In their response they were extremely dismissive and said that my costume was delivered (EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT). I am a college student and do not have $80 to throw away on a costume that I never even received. I will continue to report this website until I get my money back. Horrible! Terrible customer service! Ordered my daughter's costume October 13. Just received it November 16. I reached out numerous times and no response. After my order was placed, I received a message that my costume would be shipped in 5 to 7 days. They didn't even ship the costume until I filed a dispute through PayPal. Numerous attempts to get my money back have failed. This website should be taken down so no one else gets ripped off and scammed.

I ordered a costume on 10/13. It did not even ship out until 10/20. Did not arrive until 11/3. The shipping was 7-10 business days (when it took 21 days). I have asked to receive a refund form 5 times and they still won’t send. Do not order from this company.

Complete Scam Operation...STAY AWAY
I am kicking myself for not researching this scam operation prior to purchasing. I purchased a Halloween costume on October 10th. I requested cancellation twice via email (since they do not have a phone number...) on October 19th. October 22nd my item shipped. I received my item two days ago, a full 30 days after ordering, and requesting cancellation. I have emailed 3-4 times since and have never received a response. I had to purchase this costume through Amazon due to the complete delay in shipping, so now I have paid for this costume twice. I have reported this company to the FTC and BBB and will continue to do so until they refund my money or I get my bank to refund.
"Shipping Policy" Terrible Refund Policy
After reviewing the "Shipping Policy", I'm disappointed in my assumption that this company would offer adequate customer service. If I had ordered "Free Shipping" I would not have to pay for the shipping fee, although since I ordered "Express Shipping", which took an OBSURD 3.5 weeks to arrive at my door step, October 15 - November 2, it's apparent this company knew what it was doing in terms of making a profit from foreign buyers in America, without delivering the product in a timely manner.
"If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, we will deduct the original shipping fee."
Had I known the $22.99 "Express Shipping" Option would take SO long to ship, I would have never purchased from this company, especially considering they want me to pay ANOTHER $22.99 to ship it back to them. I advise others not to ever order from this company located in CHINA.

I placed an order on 10/15 for a Halloween costume for my daughter, on the morning of 10/26 I emailed them to cancel my order since the item had not shipped yet and I would not get the order in time for Halloween. On 10/27 I received an email that my item shipped, this is after I requested it to be cancelled (per their website it states you cannot cancel once shipped) ultimately all they did is hurried and shipped something, so now besides the 15% cancellation fee which would've been better than losing shipping fees (I paid for expedited to get it before Halloween and now I'll have to pay for shipping to return). I should've researched this company before ordering, but I was trying to find the costume my daughter wanted. Luckily I found a reputable company and had gotten one in time for Halloween.

I wish 0 starts was an option. This company has not been responsive, and did not include a return slip with the costume. I paid extra for fast shipping and recieved my costume a month later. My order is #23181 and I will be reporting this comany to the FTC as it is a scam and should be shut down.
