I would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered on October 9, over a month ago. On the 20th, it said it had shipped. I emailed multiple times and have gotten NOTHING. I am a college student and do not have $50 to waste, I just want my money back. Costume center if you see this, my order is #24593 . Safe yourself your time and money AND DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

I would give this a zero if I could. Ordered a costume on October 3rd for Halloween. Followed up 2 weeks later and it hadn’t shipped yet. (Took them days to respond to my follow up as there is no number). I asked them to cancel the order as I wouldn’t receive it in time. They didn’t and instead shipped it to me. And even though I paid express shipping (which they still sent standard) it arrived a day after Halloween so useless to me. It was also some bootleg version of the costume I ordered. I wound up purchasing the same one through amazon so she’d have it in time and it wasn’t at all the same product they sent. Now I’m trying to get refunded and they’re ignoring my emails now.

I received my sons Halloween mask, of course after Halloween but I honestly was surprised I received it! He would have loved to have worn it with his costume. But I wanted to update my last review.

This company is terrible. I reported them to the FTC. I ordered from them and shortly after (like 10 mins) I placed my order I cancelled it because I realized I would not receive it on time. Their website states they will refund 100% within 24 hours of purchase. I emailed them (since they do not provide a phone number). They responded they are preparing it. Nothing about cancelling. I continued to email them with no response back. I threatened to report them to the FTC and they wrote back stating I will get a refund in 10 days. Well 10 days came and went and still no refund. I have emailed them multiple times and they are not replying. Horrible horrible company.

I would give 0 if possible. Ordered back in October. Promised they would make it. Never received anything and can’t get an email back to get my money refunded. SCAM

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Truly horrendous costumer service. I ordered costumes September 11th. I was told they would be there by October 2nd. When they weren’t I was assured they would be there by the 12th and offered a 30% discount that I never received. On the 20th I received 2 of the 4 costumes I ordered and they were the wrong size. The other half of my order shipped the day after Halloween. The costumer service reps have just decided to ignore me entirely at this point. Seriously never use this site. It’s horrible.

This website is a scam. DO NOT order through this site. I wish I had read the rip-off reports and reviews before I gave them my CC information. They’re based out of China, you won’t receive your items and when you “contact” them- no phone number and fake email address.

I ordered my daughter's costume Oct 1st. Still not here a day before Halloween. I'm reporting them to the FTC. Since they are taking American money I'm sure something can be done with these thieves. They don't respond to emails. They just take our money and we get screwed. Scam.

I never dealt with such poor service in my life. This website is a scam I placed my order October 1st with expedited shipping never got the package! They completely ruined my whole plans for my holloween theme divorce party! I had to scramble last minute for costume and settled! I think the company should be shut down! It’s not fair to the customers

Extremely disappointed.
Ordered my costume September 1st for Halloween and it still hasn’t arrived ( October 30th) and no reply from emails and tracking hasn’t moved from China location as well as the expected delivery date has been removed. I don’t recommend this site to anyone. Waste of 140$

Over two months to get order, and didn’t get it in time for Halloween and no response until after package finally arrived. All reviews popping up have the same theme.
Avoid site and use another vendor

Just like all the other reviews stated this place is a total SCAM I would give negative Stars if possible! I placed my order on Oct 10th, and paid for expedited shipping because the site said that would ensure it would get here on time. It is now 2 days before Halloween and my costume yes shipped from China yesterday and is now in Japan at the service center waiting to be processed. There is no way it will be here on time. I've emailed them several times with no reply. Please learn from my mistake DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!

I ordered a Halloween costume from here it was nothing like the picture and when i wanted a refund they said that the picture on the website only beautified what I received like what does that even mean? Horrible quality and horrible customer service they said it would cost me way more to ship it back only offered 15% refund but only towards another item on their website they also told me it would be better just to give it to somebody that I know I will never shop from here again awful.

SCAM. They never ship what you order, they just take your money!

I ordered my little girls Halloween costume in plenty of time around 1st week of October! I totally regret it because I never received it!!!

I placed my order 10 days ago and I can’t get an update. It hasn’t shipped and no one will answer my emails. Worst customer service.

I received a copy cat of the genuine costume i thought I was ordering. Do not order from here, I was puzzled when the order address from section on package said Joe doe and ny , it's actually shipped from China. What a scam. The product was not what I thought I was getting this is a poorly constructed copy cat costumes. Very disappointed.

TOTAL SCAM. Do not order from these people. Neither the phone or the customer service email work. DO NOT ORDER.

After my purchase, I was emailed 5 days later telling me the costume I bought had just sold out after having paid for it already on Sept 30th AND expedited shipping. $102 dollars total and obviously the site did not list this item as SOLD OUT upon purchase. I emailed them first originally asking what the deal was & their response was the “sold out” excuse. They told me they would “refund” me and I could “choose another costume from their site.” However that for me was not possible (which I informed them of) as I need my costume before a very specific date & they had already wasted a week of my allotted time to wait. Thus I’d need to make my own costume and make purchases to do this. It is now October 14th & I have not received my refund NOR have I received a response in regards to my 6 emails sent to them SINCE the last one I received. This site is NOT WORTH YOUR $$ OR TIME. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM. I may very well have been scammed out of my $102. As a single parent with limited funds, this is pretty devastating.

Ordered a costume for my son on September 23. Still haven't received it. The tracking number they sent didn't work. I emailed the company for a refund and they have yet to respond. This all feels like a scam at this point.
