Good Experience
I have to say I am really happy with my purchase. This was the only place we could find a small size of the costume my son wanted. It did take almost 3 weeks for delivery but it made it here successfully and he is thrilled with his new Halloween costume. He won’t take it off so I just hope it lasts the rest of the month. My costume is cute as well, might run a tiny bit small but it will definitely work. Overall very satisfied!!

I ordered a costume from this company with my Visa card. The reason I do this, is because if I’m not satisfied with their product I can call my credit card company and they handle it. Well I got a confirmation email stating I could cancel within 24 hours and receive a full refund, but would be charged 20% of my order price otherwise. Also it was charged to a PayPal account not directly to my Visa. So I immediately tried to send an email to the address on the order email to cancel. When it would not allow me to cancel it, I called my credit card company and told them what happened. They immediately cancelled my card and is sending me another one. Thank goodness I discovered this as extremely suspicious and was able to not be out of pocket over $100 from this fraudulent company! Buyer beware!!!!! Don’t order from Costume Center!!!!! It is a fraud!!!!!!
This company is terrible
This company is terrible! I ordered a Halloween costume 15 days before Halloween and it arrived two days before Thanksgiving! It is shipped from China but there is no warning regarding that. Payment was only allowed with PayPal so I couldn’t dispute it as PayPal took forever to take care of this and closed the dispute.
DO NOT USE THIS COSTUME COMPANY AS IT TAKES 5 WEEKS FOR YOUR DELIVERY!!

I wish a Zero Star review was an option. Ordered a 3-piece item and only received two of the items. Contacted them for a refund and was told I would have to pay for the return shipping before they would refund. Shipping to China would cost more than the item did originally!! Had I received the complete item but wasn't happy with it, I would understand their response.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!! I ordered a costume beginning of October for Halloween and didn't receive until the beginning of November. I kindly asked for a refund and would ship the product back and they refused!!! Takes forever to ship and then they can't make it right by the customer. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

I went on the website to order a Money Heist costume for this Halloween. Said to order before the 24th to get it on time so I ordered on the 21st. Still haven’t received anything, not even an email. I tried contacting them several times and no response. Halloween is ruined this year thanks to them!
False Advertising and Scam Products
I ordered a Halloween costume from CostumesCenter.com (a PinkQueen company), and they sent the wrong costume. When I asked for a replacement or refund, I was told that I was sent a product comparable to the photo and description on their site (it's not; it's the wrong costume), and that they don't sell the actual costume in the photo and description. After several back and forth emails, they finally sent me a return form, but said I have to pay the shipping back...to China. The shipping is more than the costume. They are now not returning my emails.
