Really strange,
Really strange. I keep getting emails to rate the service but not one to update me on the status of my sofa. I understand there will be a delivery timeline but the company has never once been in contact to suggest what that might be or keep in touch with updates. I’m guessing the Marketing Director is part-time, sorted the customer payment and Trust Pilot piece as a priority but customers seem to be an after thought at best.

Hi, we are so sorry your order hasn't been received, we have looked into this and we can see that your order was dispatched on the 14th March and having checked the status, it is saying it's with the courier. Normally the courier would contact the customer to update and arrange delivery. We will contact the logistics company first thing tomorrow morning and give you a call to let you know what's going on, as you say this is very unusual.
You should have received an initial confirmation email, which includes delivery times which I can see has now been exceeded. We appreciate you informing us of this situation and will prioritise looking into this.

We really needed a new bed and after…
We really needed a new bed and after being told about this company I’m so glad we did.
We were shown samples of colours and materials the delivery was really quick and in time for Christmas which is what we wanted.
We decided on a king size ottoman, Cosy came and delivered the bed and put it together for us.
It is the comfiest bed I have ever had!
Brilliant customer service and friendly people.
I will recommend to everyone.

Excellent 5 star service
We ordered a king size ottoman bed frame from this company. We had a style and vision in mind but couldn’t quite find what we were looking for. After speaking with Cosy they assured us that they understood how important everything was to us and wow did they absolutely ticked every box.
When we reach the next bedroom in our renovations, we will certainly be back in touch for our next bed.

Recently ordered a double ottoman bed from here, was a little dubious as I don’t like buying something I’ve not physically seen. Have to say I was super impressed. It got delivered when they said, they put it together and the quality is great! We will be ordered another bed from them very soon! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
