All I can say is wow! The think size bed and 2 4ft beds with mattresses are so comfy. The beds are absolute solid. The whole experience from the service with help choosing the beds and mattress’s was very professional and the lads who came built them up and fitted them was very polite and helpful. I’m so happy with the purchases and the quick turnaround and would 100% recommend The Cosy Company to anyone.

After trying a well known online brands mattress and having to return due to comfort issues and shopping around at the major high street chains. I came across The Cosy Company and both the service and the product are first class. From initial enquiry and product advice to delivery to Cheshire (including frequent changes due to our own circumstances) the buying process could not have been easier. Bought a new bedframe and I am so pleased I chose this company to go with. Friendly service throughout. Due to COVID we have just taken delivery of our new bed 3 months later than we had hoped. Jamie a member of the sales team has been really good and answered every email asking for info on delivery. The bed is now up and being used it looks fantastic and is well made. Well worth the wait we are really pleased with both the bed and The Cosy Company Ltd.

Jamie was very helpful all along. The best company i have ever dealt with recently. For me a brilliant customer service and ethical practice is much more important than people not making mistakes. If there is a small fault this company will pick the phone up and care about you. So please feel safe to spend your money with them, they will rectify it.
Also they can make any bed in any combination from the website custom made for you with no extra high charges. This is their flex. They are also using quality materials and quality workmanship. I am very happy.

So pleased with my king size ottoman bed with luxury tall headboard and a deep filled Sheraton mattress ordered easily and delivered put together no mess left nice staff well earned 5 stars big thank you

Local company with extremely polite staff who kept me well informed in regard to the order I placed for a side opening single ottoman bed for my son.
They rang to apologize that the headboard was out of stock but they were awaiting delivery of some so would drop that off when in stock.
Bed delivered a few days after order. Headboard a few days later.

We purchased a cool gel matteress from Jamie and the team. They arrived at the time they said they would and removed our old matteress and replaced with our brand new Cool gel matteress. What can I say. A month down the line and it's still firm and the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. Theres only one name I think of when it comes to beds now and that is The Cosy Company. Couldn’t find the bed I was looking for online so spoke to Jamie at cosy company and they built us a bespoke bed for us. The design, material, size and colour exactly to our specifications. The bed was delivered within a couple of weeks and looks fantastic! They even did a seat for our bay window which matches the bed. Highly recommend these guys, great service and great quality products.
