There’s wide fitting and then there’s Cosyfeet! Specially designed to fit and flatter swollen feet, our footwear is much roomier than the wide fitting footwear you’ll find on the high street. All our styles have the same extra roomy fitting (6E for women and 3H for men) and can be adjusted to fit a range of swelling.

Extortionate delivery costs

Extortionate delivery costs for no apparent reason. The collection option is even more which is ridiculous. No way it would cost them that much to post a pair of slippers.

Great customer service

Louise was so helpful and kind in helping me with an issue with sandals purchased last year and resolved it easily and also placed an order for another pair for me as a back up pair for my Mother at a reduced cost. Thank you

I've ordered many pairs of shoes over…

I've ordered many pairs of shoes over the past years and always find them to be of high quality. Due to medical problems the larger fittings work perfectly for me especially when wearing orthotics. Some nice men's styles too and the bonus of velcro straps rather than laces are perfect for me.

I have a wide foot

I have a wide foot, and it is difficult to find shoes. I bought items 3 times. It is terrible, the cost price does not correspond to the quality. Last purchase slippers, 71 pounds. Real price 20 pounds. Pieces of cheap synthetics. Sole thin-uncomfortable.And the rest of the purchases are of low quality. Shoes. Expensive. Complete discrepancy between prices and quality.

Lovely shoes.

Ordered on line. Quick delivery. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my mum. She loved both pairs and the fit was comfortable. I took out insole which gave her even more room in the shoes. Have bought 3 different pairs in the last month. Expensive but worth it.

Ripped off by Jim

I bought a pair of Jim shoes in a winter sale. On delivery an offer of 10% off if l purchased another pair. I took up the offer and bought another pair of Jim.
Then came the big disappointment because the Jim shoes were again reduced in a sale to less than l paid with The 10% off. This leaves a customer feeling “ripped off” and unlikely to make further purchases.

Great service.

Always great quick service from Cosyfeet. Easy to use website and kept up to date with delivery details. Love my new slippers. Perfect fit soft material plenty of room for swollen feet and ankles. To improve I'd like a bit more padding underfoot for painful heels but overall a nice slipper.

I am so gutted

I am so gutted. I have lymphodema and am diabetic. I found the cosy feet site whilst online.
I ordered Alison shoes and got the extra straps, I also ordered a size bigger and the shoes didn't fit at all. The were too narrow and too short I counldn't even get my foot in the shoe. I am a size 5.5 but ordered a 6.5 as I've always had trouble with getting shoes. The shoes sounded brilliant so didn't mind paying the extra money for them than what I normally pay. But like I say no were near fitting me. I am sooooo disappointed.

I brought cosy feet slippers and have…

I brought cosy feet slippers and have found them extreamly uncomfortable definitely not worth the money .very hard inside sole for your feet. They have fur on the inside but they still hurt.Absolutely no softness in them at all, I was also given a pair by my daughter for Christmas and they are the same

Mooch slippers

Very comfortable and supportive to the feet. Essential as had experienced plantar fasciitis in the past prior to discovering these slippers. Great that the slippers are also washable in the washing machine on 30 degrees which I have done a few times. Now have bought second pair and I would not hesitate to recommend these slippers.

I ordered 6 pairs of socks

I ordered 6 pairs of socks. 3 cotton and 3 wool mix. Having neuropathy I thought the wool socks would help to keep my feet warm. These “ socks “ are so terribly thin that it’s hard to call them socks. Can actually see my big toe through the sock. Also, the weave is not soft . Very disappointed.

I ordered 2 pairs of cozy feet online…

I ordered 2 pairs of cozy feet online on 12-07-24. It is now 01-14-25 and still hasn’t arrived and have no response the several times I’ve tried to email them with my order number.
No way to call direct and speak to someone. Huge scam and am calling my credit card for hopefully a reimbursement!
