First and foremost, the price was incredibly good, to the point I thought it was some kind of scam, I bought a Nikon Z5 II with a Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 G2, after 11 working days I received the parcel.
Everything is working well, and the items were well protected and sealed in the package.
Can’t reccomend them enough.

I didn’t have the need to get in touch with their customer service though so I can’t really give an opinion on that.

Very disappointing experience. I have sent multiple emails requesting support and have received no response at all. Communication from this store is non-existent, which raises serious concerns about reliability.

Cotswold is an excellent e-shop with a great catalogue and best prices. But the main reason to buy there, is the excellency in shipment and fine tracking moreover respect of delivering time

I ordered a Tamron lens with a very friendly price. At first there was a technical problem with the payment, that was not their fault, but they answered quickly to help. The package had to arrive in 10-14 business days and arrived in 12. A happy and returning customer here! :)

Serious and reliable, assistance responds quickly

Camera came in good order and relatively fast. Much cheaper than retail stores in Europe.

Prior to my purchase I was in contact with customer service, who quickly responded to my questions about what was included with the lens (this could be more clear on the product page). Once the order was placed, there was no information for about a week until I received a notice that it had arrived in Europe and would be delivered to my home in only a few days. I placed my order on 8 April and received it on 20 April, meaning 9 working days from order confirmation to delivery in Sweden.

Overall very satisfied with the purchasing experience - the prices are outstanding and customer service was quick. I would happily recommend to anyone considering buying from them.

Fantastic service, quick delivery

I ordered a NIKKOR 180-600mm lens for my Nikon. Shipping took a little longer, just as they had mentioned, but the price was excellent and the lens arrived exactly as described. Communication was great, and they really care about their customers. They always responded to my messages and made an effort to ensure the whole process went smoothly. I can definitely recommend this shop, and I will gladly order from them again.

Excellent company to deal with. It has been a few years since my ‘dabbling’ in photography and Cotswold assisted admirably. I settled on the Nikon Z5 11 with the 24-120 F4. It arrived yesterday (within the suggested timeline) and it will certainly take a little time to get back in the swing of things- but a sweet camera set up!! My interest is only photo ( no video) so this set up for me is ‘bang on’.
Excellent price at the time for this full frame with this lens.

I ordered a premium lens to Germany, saving 500Euros. It took about two weeks to arrive with UPS, but came in perfect condition. Worth the wait.

They delivered the camera in 16 natural days. They kindly answer your questions if you contact them by email.
With this purchase I saved 400 euros, so the waiting time was worth it.
You will receive a tracking number until the camera is dispatch from their werehouse in the UK. In the meanwhile you need to wait but it's okay, you can trust them!
