The price was unbeatable! Delivery was slowed down over Easter but was still within the timeframe. The goods were very carefully packaged and so were secure. I would deal with them again and recommend them to others.

I must admit that buying expensive photo equipment online is not an easy decision. However, after searching online, I couldn’t find a single bad review.

I bought a Sony A7R V and some lenses, and everything went smoothly. I paid, and CC delivered everything within two weeks. The gear was excellent, and everything arrived in the correct boxes with all manuals included. I was very happy.

Seven months later, however, my shutter became blocked and I had to have the camera repaired. Since this was a direct import, there is no Sony serial number for local warranty service, which I was aware of before the purchase.

So, I sent an email to CC asking for advice. They told me to look for a Sony-authorized repair shop and request a quotation. I did so and sent the quotation to CC for approval, which they provided within 48 hours.

I then instructed the repair shop to proceed with the repair, and five days later I had my camera back, working perfectly again.

After sending the invoice to CC, they asked for a few additional details and reimbursed the repair costs within three days.

I placed an order over a week ago. I received a progress update after a couple of days to confirm the order was progressing and that I would receive confirmation from the courier when they have collected it for delivery. Nothing was then heard for five days. The source of my frustration is this: I have written twice by email to their info@ email address and not received a reply. This isn't good enough and lowers my confidence in the company.

Customer service was excellent. Queries were answered quickly and clearly. Products arrived on time. Product selection and prices are tough to beat. Very happy with my experience. Will be buying from them again.

Very nervous cause I ordered for a good amount of money. Took about two weeks to arrive, which was stated in the FAQ so fair enough there, and saved a lot of money.

If there's a negative, it's that there is very little updates on the shipping. Think it would do good just sending out an email like "were expecting to ship the item in approx a week" or something like that. But... It did turn up in the end, so I really had no reason to worry or take away stars.
