Would definitely recommend! Cotswolds Services Removals provided a quote the very next day after calling them. Then when the initial move date was cancelled at very short notice, the communication was amazing and put our mind at ease. The removal team turned up on time and were very friendly and polite. We were amazed at how hard working they were and how quickly everything was sorted. Made a potentially very stressful day that little bit easier.

Cannot fault the service we received from Anthony & his team. His quote was competitive, he was always very responsive to messages and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The team on the day were brilliant - we felt very comfortable they were looking after our belongings and took great care. They were also very friendly and that helped put us at ease during what could have been a stressful day - we needn't had worried! Everything ran so smoothly and we are very grateful! Highly recommend.

Anthony was great to work with from the very beginning. He was patient when I asked for different quotes for several different scenarios and when the completion date took longer than expected. He also joined the team on the moving day to help them pack up my flat extremely quickly. The main team involved in the move (Gary and Tim) were also great, super friendly, helpful and very patient when I arrived at the new house an hour after them. They unpacked quickly and all the items were in great condition. Of all the stressful aspects of moving, this was never one of them thanks to Anthony and team. I would definitely recommend them if you are moving into or out of this area.

Moving home can be a stressful process but Anthony and his team provided a first class service ensuring a seamless local move within Gloucester.
After the initial contact Anthony was there to help with any issues and replied quickly to any questions we had. We chose the packing and removal service - which was the cheapest quote we received. The two guys that moved us were professional, helpful and friendly - even when we asked them to move furniture around a few times until we got it right, they were more than happy to help so we were happy. Everything was well packed so we had no breakages.

From Start to Finish, Anthony and his team were a pleasure to work with and enable a seamless moving experience as my family and I moved house. In terms of local service, the experience was 2nd to none in terms of moving home in the local area. The quotation was thorough with good discussion, the price was very competitive and the service on the day of the move incredible. We also purchased the packing service and so far I have not found a single breakage. Anthony also arranged for us to be able to have some of our items put into storage for a few days to make the moving day less stressful, trying to do it all at once. We found this fantastic with young children, the house items were delivered on the move in day and the garage and garden items arrived 2 days later, so we weren't surrounded by too many boxes on the first night.

Overall, a fantastic experience from a company who try to be a little bit different and offer a more tailored moving experience. I am very happy and hope that Anthony and the team are used by lots of others

Anthony and team did a local move within Cheltenham for my Mum and I. At each stage they were excellent, thorough, helpful, professional, reliable and cost effective. Nothing damaged, everything expertly packed and as a bonus, really friendly people.

These gents moved us from the Cotswolds to York. They were so efficient, fast, and cheerful. We were able to get a quote via whatsapp pictures/ videos via a dedicated number. Cotswold Services were the only ones who offered this and I was really reassured that they could see exactly what we had but without the hassle of having to book a consult, which other services insisted on or pushed inventory systems which I didn't trust. The owner of the company said that he created the system with people who have anxiety in mind, and it's a great idea! The quote I got from Cotswold Services was also the cheapest I could find (one company quoted me double the amount). 

The service was really good value for money. The movers were absolute professionals but were really nice blokes. Will be going back to this company if I ever go back down to their catchment area.

Theses guys pulled us out of the mire at short notice, cannot fault them and they were such nice people to deal with.

We had a flat move booked with another company who pushed the time back throughout the day and by 2:30pm they had cancelled on us.

Anthony at Cotswold Services was so helpful and easy to deal with, they finished the job they were on and came to us at 5:30pm, with all the materials and equipment they needed and were brilliant from start to finish.

I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for the services they offer!

With ref to review dated 03/02/23, I wrote a previous review with regards to been let down re cotswold services, anyhow after mis communication on both parts, Antony and team got it sorted and picked up and delivered our beautiful grand piano for our lovely residents, can I just say I have used the team twice before and they were amazing and they did not disappoint this time, they moved this huge 1800 grand with care and ease (not easy) they once again were amazing
I will never use anyone else for all my removal needs, seriously they are fab

After looking at a number of removal companies in the area, we selected 3 companies to give us a quote. Cotswold Services replied promptly and arranged to come and visit to provide their quote. Anthony quickly reviewed our needs and although not the cheapest we were very impressed with his approach and experience and we quickly concluded we would not regret using his services.
Communication up to the day of moving was faultless and on the day Anthony, Gary and Ryan arrived on time. The move was faultless, coverings placed on floors, bed taken apart and reassembled, every care taken with our fragile items. We could not believe how well and secure the two vans were packed with our belongings. On arrival at our new home everything was placed in rooms as requested and even the pots and containers were neatly arranged in the back garden.
We cannot praise the team enough and highly recommend Cotswold Services as a local removal company.
