Well what can I say absolutely fabulous removal company. Anthony and Gary were incredibly professional, on time, straight to work, checked all areas first to establish the order of loading up. Then covered my floors to protect them and due to the snow/ice yesterday boy did they need it. This made me feel so happy, the level of care and respect given to my house, my things. Anthony took ownership of every item as if it was his own, nothing was too much trouble. Between them both (Anthony and Gary) it was like a military operation loading the two vans. The key waiver which Anthony asked if I'd like to add, no sales pitch just honesty about the situation with the solicitors exchanging since Covid. He was spot on we had to wait several hours to complete, great man! Eventually when the go ahead was given to off load the other end, military action commenced again. Every item was carefully moved around every obstacle not a wall marked, not an item damaged, nothing broken. Hats off to your dedication, hard work over a long day. Not a moan about sitting in their vans for hours in freezing cold conditions either waiting for the solicitors to complete. Then running well over time and keeping a smile on their faces until gone 7pm. Recommend the company 100% in fact 1000% if you hire them you WILL NOT be disappointed. If you don't hire this amazing team it's your loss! Believe me I will shout their praise from the roof tops. Thank you again Anthony and Gary.. We had a really nice, easy experience. Anthony was confident and professional when I met with him in a way that really made me feel I was in good hands. He laid out the options so I felt well-informed. Further, the base fee and optional add-ons were emailed to us on the day of his inspection rather than quoted in person which meant I could discuss the packing service that was offered, cancellation waiver, etc., with my wife without being in any way pressured to make a decision on the spot. His team showed up exactly on time and were cheerful and hard-working, getting us moved across town in a matter of hours. Anthony followed up to ask how it all went as well, which was a nice touch. I've used other removals services before and this was by far the best experience I've had. The downside, as noted elsewhere, is that this probably isn't going to be the cheapest quote you get, but the lack of hidden fees and the professional attitude from everyone involved really saved us a lot of the stress and headaches that can come on moving day and so it felt well worth it.

Anthony and his team were absolutely great, friendly, accommodating, very quick, handled everything with care, ensured necessary items were covered or wrapped, always checked and asked if needed.

Anthony was so clear and efficient in all communication prior to moving day, and on the day itself his team of men made the move the least stress free I've ever had. Fantastic experience with Cotswold services. We moved on the hottest day of the year so we really felt for the removal men. They also came the day before on a Sunday to pack our house up.
They were all so friendly and worked so hard both days.
Anthony, the managing director communicated well with me leading up to the move and answered all the questions I had.

We used Cotswold Services for a move from a 2 bed flat in Swindon out to a 2 bedroom house in Marlborough. From start to finish; they have been 100% professional and helpful.

The three guys who completed our removal were polite, friendly and just genuinely nice people. I felt instantly relaxed from the moment they arrived. They took care with every single item and I trusted them completely. They got the job done with care and at a very decent pace; nothing felt rushed but they worked incredibly efficiently; even down to how they communicated and worked as a team it was completely seamless.

All items were wrapped that needed to be wrapped, glass cabinets, the sofa, chests of drawers, tv’s and monitors, all at no extra cost & they treated everything as if it were their own. Not a single bit of damage to even the edge of a box.

Anthony was easy to maintain a dialogue with throughout arranging the removal and on the day of the removal, even with last minute questions I never felt I was being too much hassle!

The quote we received was not the cheapest one, out of several companies we Contacted however, Anthony gave us huge confidence in his service and I have absolutely NO complaints. There were no hidden costs or surprises, unlike a lot of other companies where in reading the small print the price quoted was going to double or triple.

They are worth every penny and then some! If you want a removals company, this is hands down the only one to go for.

I honestly did not know what to expect; and I can honestly say I will never complete a house move on my own / with friends / family again.
I will only ever now look to Cotswold Removals!

Ps. When everything had been placed and we said bye to the guys, the best thing in the world was walking into our new living room to see our sofa completely made up. Very nearly cried happy tears.

I was stuck needing to move some heavy items of furniture out of our house for a period and then back in. I came across Cotswold Services by accident and I'm so glad I did! Anthony and his team did an excellent job from start to finish with great communication up front, arriving when then said they would, making light work of the job and doing it very efficiently and extremely respectfully of our house. A huge thank you to a highly professional, very friendly team that I recommend wholeheartedly!

After being messed about by a few local companies and an Internet based one which I didn't trust.
I was starting to worry that we were going to end up without a removal company. Luckily I got in contact with Anthony of Cotswold services. Anthony was great on communication and quickly arranged a viewing of removal items. I did have a lot of tools gym equipment and this was taken away the day before and put into storage, which made removal day a lot less stressful The guys came along and removed everything and were both friendly and professional. Perfect experience all around!

We had a last minute house move to a location a few hours away, so not an easy task for sure.

We needn't have worried. Anthony and his team were truly excellent and exactly what we were looking for. The booking process was straight forward and thorough. Anthony's professional and approachable attitude was truly appreciated during the booking process and helped dissipate the potential stress. Communication was flawless prior to the day.

Moving day. Anthony and his colleague turned up perfectly on time, assessed each room and then worked their magic. They carefully and efficiently packed up our belongings like a giant game of Tetris, I was impressed how easy they made it look, we had a lot of odd shaped and sized possessions, but they made it look easy.

They were both friendly and professional throughout, and were very patient with our naughty dog trying to interrupt their good work.

2.5 hour drive later, they unpacked our belongings in a delicate and efficient manner. Anthony even helped with a few tasks in our new house, that was incredibly thoughtful of him, he's a gentleman!

I would recommend Anthony and his team to everyone, you will be in truly excellent hands.

Ant and Pat moved me from a second floor apartment with a narrower than standard stairwell from the 1st to second floor.

They were completely unfazed, Professional, friendly and made light work of the move.

I don't intend on moving again anytime soon but absolutely would makr them the first call if I was. I couldn't recommend them enough and certainly will be giving their number to any friends and relatives who were looking to move.

This is the 4th time I’ve used this company. They’re absolutely wonderful to work with! Always careful, and precise and don’t take any shortcuts when it comes to protecting your belongings. Very friendly and efficient and I’d thoroughly recommend them to anyone!
