I love your clothes. I would request you not to charge on return to click and collect and if delivery can be free upto certain amount.
Also if you can open a store in Basingstoke it will be great as return is very expensive for me.

As discussed and advised over our telephone conversation, I can confirm a postage charge wasn’t taken off your refund as you sent them back to a Cotton Traders Store. If you spend over £35 for click and collect, the delivery will be free, this is stated on our Website.

I have been shopping a few times at there branch in Bordon Hampshire..I find the store has a good selection of clothes..my son is a.big man..and he finds everything he wants

Great Service from Assistant Roz
Great service from the assistant Roz, while I visited the store in Bordon. Found a Rugby Skirt (AA15567) I really liked in my size, but after trying it on I notice it was damaged. But they did not have other in my size in the there store, Roz help me no end with arranging for me to collecting one from my local store in Andover. I did manage to purchase a pair Jeans, in my size. Many thanks the great service.

Trying on half the shop!
When I visited on recently, I was trying on several blouses and Hayley of Country Markets, Kingsley, Bordon's store was really friendly and helpful bringing me all sorts of blouses to find the best fit for me. I came away with two pretty purchases. We shop at this store for both my husband and I. All the staff in that store are lovely and everyone is made to feel welcome there. Its a pleasure to shop there.
