I called the store on Friday night as I had been struggling to find a short leg length elasticated waist trouser for my father which I needed at short notice. Hayley was amazingly helpful and put aside several pairs in the size as well as making really helpful recommendations. When I called in to collect she was really understanding and what could have been a painful shopping experience (with a 3 & 5 yr old) was really easy. Thank you for helping me in a difficult situation.

As usual, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was able to spend some of a gift card with no problem!

The Bordon branch in Country Market had a good choice of tops in a range of sizes, handy for me as I'm a size 8. The service from Hayley was excellent, friendly and helpful without being pushy.

I visited cotton traders at Bordon GU35 OQP today, my assistant Hayley was most helpful and a very pleasant lady to talk to, I will visit there again soon.

We love the quality of Cotton Traders clothing and when we order anything we get it delivered to the Bordon store - they know us very well there now and we always stop for a chat.

Really happy with this jacket it looks great with jeans or dresses up with wide leg trousers. Good fit too.

Online orders are sent promptly to the designated store. Returns, if necessary are simple. In this case too the store assistant went out of her way to suggest alternatives for someone who has very particular needs due to wheelchair use.

So easy to dealwith in the stores or online I have no problems with them at all

My return of items to store was handled very courteously and efficiently. The credit went to my account the same day!

We went to the Kingsley store near bordon.
My other half wanted some new stretch trousers she had seen in the new catalogue.
When we got to the store we were told the the trousers weren't in stock yet as they had only just come out.
We were very pleased when Hayley told us she could order them for us and they would be in the next week.
There was a bit of a problem with the computer which meant that they couldn't be ordered while we were in store,but Hayley took our phone number and kept trying for us during the afternoon and rang us later afternoon when the computer came back to life and we were able to order them over the phone .
So we would like to give Hayley a big thanks from us for her persistence.
