Nice items in the sale bought on a whim - quite happy with my purchase

I had ordered by post a size 16 skirt but had to return it as too big. I went to my local shop and was fortunate to see a size 14 there. Helpful shop staff. I've found it is a comfortable fit and will be very useful. It looks as though all their clothes are on the large size so I would always try a size smaller than usual.

I love your summer range of ladies clothes. Staff at Country Market are always cheerful and very helpful.

The staff at Country Market, Bordon shop were so friendly and helpful, they helped me with sizing and colour coordinates without being pushy. I was returning some items and they were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Shopping there is always a good experience.

Our local store is Bordon, Kingsley, Hants.
The ladies who work there are always polite, friendly and welcoming. We often go in just for a chat, but always come out buying something, they certainly know their stuff.
The clothes are well made, although a bit more expensive you can often get a bargain.

My wife and I first discovered Cotton Traders a few years ago, but in the last couple of years I have been purchasing more items from them, to be honest in the last couple of visit my wife has also purchases some items. Living only a few miles from the Bordon outlet it has been very easy to order on line, and have it delivered there so it can be tried on.
The quality is excellent, the sizing is very good and the service we receive at the Bordon outlet is also of a high standard, in fact I would say it is first class.
There is plenty for both men and women and if you monitor the website you will also see offers available that might suit your needs.

Served by Hayley at the Borden store who went above and beyond to ensure that an item we were wanting to buy but unavailable at this store was ready to pick up at the Newbury branch. Great customer service.Thank you Hayley!

The jacket we ordered on line was too big but we were able to return it to our local store. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The two ladies who work in this branch are always welcoming, friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The shop is always tidy and well organised. An online order was processed on my behalf when they could have just advised me process myself. Excellent customer service and the goods arrived in two days.

I popped into the Bordon shop recently after it had been refitted. Was impressed to see a lot more stock , well laid out and easy to find correct sizes. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. They actually suggested a few items to go with the purchases I made. I even left with a new pair of slippers !!!. Will return soon for some new Spring clothes

Clothes are good quality and value for money. Delivery to home was fast (ordered in store). Staff (in particular at Bordon store) are excellent and give great customer service. Couldn’t give less than five stars.
