Need a second till!
The shop is great, the staff are great, but only having one till is really frustrating for everyone. The till froze on the transaction before mine, and I ended up waiting for a long time to pay, with a queue forming behind me. As the shop is quite small, a queue causes a bit of a problem for people trying to look around. The staff said they'd been asking for a second till for several years but had got nowhere.

Helpful staff who go the extra mile!
I ordered 2 sizes of trousers for my husband and had to return the smaller size. The staff in the store were extremely helpful and went above and beyond normal service. I cannot praise them enough.

Online order for collection in store
Simple online order process and speedy delivery to my local store. The collection process however was not good - there were three members of staff working, but only one till point, which seemed to be running slowly, creating a bottleneck. In the short time I was there, several customers decided not to wait to make a purchase due to the time needed to process transactions. The staff were doing their best but were being undermined by inadequate technology.

Confusing
Unfortunately the store layout has changed and seems confusing and overstocked. Not so easy to get around.
The jeans are no longer displayed on a stand with the sizes easy to see, now they are on an awkward shelf with labels not visible and limited sizes available . Disappointing as had made a special journey.
