Brilliant service
Thankyou Darren and Tina for all your help and support whilst we were purchasing new clothes for my husband following his weight loss and also for enabling us to get another shirt we needed from Strensham held for us by Rachel.

Wonderful service and so easy....
This was a very easy pick-up for my order and the store staff were very helpful and it was collected without fuss. Unfortunately the item ordered was not suitable as it didn't fit properly so I returned it to the store to send back for me. This was so easy and the staff at the Cotton Traders Store couldn't have been more helpful. A wonderful experience and thank you to Evesham Country Park Store staff for an excellent service.

Missing refund
I returned a £67.99 coat on 27th November that I ordered online to the store as it was too small. 8 days later I received a refund of £3.99 for delivery but NO refund for the cost of the coat!
I’ve emailed twice and phoned twice. Lovely people in customer service but dreadful refund service. I will be wary of buying online again.

After looking into this further, I can confirm that we contacted our finance team on 5/12 regardiing this and they have confirmed the refund was pushed through on 4/12 as there was an error on our end when it came to it processing.
We left a voicemail for you yesterday to confirm this. Please allow up to 3-5 days for this refund to show in your bank account.
