Above and beyond
During a visit to Cotton Traders in Belton, Grantham, I found a dress in the sale which I wanted, but not in the correct size. The two members of staff, David and Abi, went above and beyond. Several phone calls later, they'd located the dress in the correct size at another store. It will shortly be dispatched to my home by post. Thank you both so much for your efforts - they are appreciated.

I visited the store on Thursday, a lovely lady assisted me, I wanted 2 pairs of trousers in large, but only one available ,so she suggested I order, that did, they can on Saturday morning. Pretty good all round
Orders arrive at the shop quickly and it's no trouble to pick them up from there. Similarly, the returns process via the shop is simple. The staff are friendly and helpful.
My only slight quibble is that I had to reject a pair of trousers that were much too long and that the overlong sleeves on the unisex tops would probably fit an ape.
