A full week for a store pick up is excessive. Hardly an express delivery. In store service was excellent. I won't order click and collect again.

Polo Shirts
I have been a fan of Cotton Traders polo shirts for 30+ years. They are a great asset for the gym, especially on squash courts. Good quality material with a long life. Comfortable to wear.

Bigger sizes needed…
Products well made and good quality you need to do more bigger sizes as all small sizes get left and are a waste of money as they just get left on the shelves big sizes mean big profits you sell more.

Uncertain about the quality
Uncertain about the quality, feels very synthetic, but I bought in sale so decided to keep. I’ve used this company for quite a few purchases and have always been happy with products, any returns I’ve had to make have always been pleasantly accepted at the local shop. Delivery is also very good.

I was nearly a victim to a scam which…
I was nearly a victim to a scam which had cotton traders logo and it looked very real. Lucky for me cotton traders had stopped the links to the scammers. As I still did not know it was a scam I went to my local branch store, in Rivendell Nurseries Widnes asking for help, were they informed me of the scam. Thanks to the quick dealing by cotton traders and informing their staff saved me.

The service at Widnes was excellent
The service at Widnes was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
I do think however that when delivery is being made to a store it would be possible to give a date when it will be there. As opposed to ‘within 7 working days.’
My understanding is that this store receive their delivery on the same day each week.

Excellent service. Burnout jersey midi dress/pointelle cardigan
I recently ordered the burnout jersey print midi dress and the pointelle cardigan, both in size 12 but I needed a size 10 after trying them on. I was quite disappointed as they were both lovely. However, the lady who I dealt with ordered both items for me in a size 10. I am just waiting for the email to say they are now available to collect. Thank you!
