A full week for a store pick up is excessive. Hardly an express delivery. In store service was excellent. I won't order click and collect again.

I had a email saying they had received my parcel. Once collected from cotton traders in the garden centre it was in good condition. The lady who served me was very pleasant and helpful.

Ordered a red all weather coat in the sale. The item was great value for money but unfortunately was too long. Instead of paying to return I took it to my local Cotton Traders in Rivendell Garden Centre Widnes. Clare was extremely friendly & helpful and explained about Click & Collect something I will definitely use from now on. Thank you Clare xx

Staff rude at Rivendell!
Quality of the clothes wasn’t what I expected, very heavy material for a summer suit! However, the main reason for the 1 star is the customer service by the ladies at Rivendell in Widnes where I picked my order up from. There manner towards me could only be described as extremely rude and to the manager in particularly I was more of a hastle to her! Won’t be returning there again!

Staff in Widnes store were helpful, understanding and zealous to help.
Swim shoes on the other hand, for the second time, suffered a “design” fault and were returned.

Caters for alternative leg lengths. The trousers in particular are of good quality and wash very well with no shrinkage.
Welcome outlet in local garden centre where orders can be collected easily.staff helpful and friendly.

Online orders don’t equal availability
On line order for two sizes of same polo shirt. One turned up but not a good fit , 2nd one failed to turn up due to size not in stock. Store arranged refund for both shirts but had to contact head office to arrange. Ironically, requested size was available in store and at a reduced price. Got there in the end but long winded process. Staff in store very helpful resolving refund

I was very pleased with the way the return goods are treated as I took the Raincoat back to a Garden centre near me and within a day or two I got a message to say the refund would be on my card within 3 to 5 working days which is really good. I was disappointed that the Raincoat I purchased was too big should have got a smaller size as the size was a very good size 16.

Great quality clothes and easy returns.
I bought clothes for a break away and got the wrong size so I recorded the same items in a smaller size. I didn't have time to return the original items before my holiday so I returned them to a Cotton Traders outlet in a nearby garden centre. I can't believe how easy it was and how well I was treated by the shop assistant. I will be more likely to buy more in future with returns being so convenient.
