Please note that we are unable to amend or cancel web orders once they have been placed. We do show this message before the final stage of checkout while also asking customers to check that all details are correct.
Having checked your account, we don’t appear to have received your parcel back at our warehouse so that is why a refund hadn’t yet been issued.

Good quality clothing
Nice quality clothing have shopped with cotton traders for a few years some items slightly overpriced and postage a little too. But on the whole pleased.
