Great customer service and quality clothing
Prompt despatch and delivery. Lovely quality clothing, colours true to the website/catalogue and clothing is true to size also. I did need to return one item to my local store, the refund was promptly credited to my account, sooner than expected. A good experience all round.

It is noticeable that the material of the product I purchased is thinner than a very similar product I purchased last year. This outlet seldom, if ever, have any 33” leg gents trousers in stock. It would help my husband if you did stock this size.

Poor delivery via EVRI
Previously Cotton traders deliveries as said but since EVRI taken over POOR. Guaranteed delivery between 1-2pm Friday 11th November. Message to say delayed will deliver next working day, now Tuesday 15th Nov and no delivery!!!

I ordered several polo shirts and a pair of trousers.
Everything arrived in promptly in 3 days. I had to return the trousers as they were too tight. Returns are easy with pre paid labels.. Next size up ordered and on the way. Only comment is on the return label it is a pity you can't automatically order next size up.

I’m disabled and had to wait leaning against a pillar. When I was served the assistant was very sharp and rude. I collected my parcels and had to leave the store struggling with the parcels under my arm.
