I returned an item to your cotton traders store at Shipley. I had all the original packaging and paper work but it seemed to be a right faff and took your assistant a long time. All the while she was assuring other customers that she wouldn't be long.

My order was easy to track and arrived quickly by Hermes. I found
Hermes app rather confusing and relied on e-mails which were very efficient. The contents of the parcel were just what I wanted and the only downside is that they were very creased, as usual, and had to be pressed! Otherwise, no problems.

I am sorry to learn that your order arrived creased. We do try to deliver all items at a wearable quality straight from the bag but unfortunately due to transit, some items can become creased. However, I am glad to see that you have been able to press the creases out of the items.

Unfortunately I had to return the shoes I bought as they were too big. I have bought many shoes over the years and they have always been a good fit, these however were not. I must say also that it saddened me to see that the shoes were made in China. Support British manufacturers please Cotton Traders.
