I had ordered some clothes, two shirts some waterproofs and a pair of trousers, had all of the products been suitable I would have been happy and known no different. But I ordered the same size of trousers I always wear. They were so thin if my legs were the same size as my forearms they might have fit. I emailed to see if they would accept a return as faulty as I am thin as it is but these trousers would not fit any grown man unless severely malnourished. I was met with the response "you ordered tapered" I have plenty of tapered trousers of the same size description that fit particularly well.

Absolutely no attempt to understand why I was dissatisfied with the product or attempt at resolution. I give up and accepted the loss as its not worth my time to pursue.

Just be aware that if your order is as described and you do not need to contact this company, you will likely have a good experience. But if you have any issues you will be met with no enthusiasm in resolving your issues.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.
They send items out at least 3 sizes smaller than advertised, then expect you to send back at your own expense!!
Don't order has the sizes are all wrong..

On an email account I have created for TESTING PURPOSES ONLY (never for anything real) I have received over 450 emails (at least 1 per day) from this company I have never done any business with or even heard of.
These unethical people are clearly spammers and scammers who harvest and buy email addresses to spam people. It is ILLEGAL to sign people up to marketing emails without explicitly getting their permission to do so FIRST. The people working in their marketing department are violating the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018 (c. 12), as well as the laws of other countries.

Items arrived - fitted well and as expected.

Disappointed to see that they don't send emails informing you that they have dispatched the items. Very unusual practice from companies today. Don't know any other companies that do this.

They did send a tracking number upon requesting one promptly, when I enquired whether they had dispatched the items.

Cheap products and a positive experience if they fit, but be aware it costs to return items, so it's potentially not great value if your unsure they will fit; taking into consideration postage costs both ways.

Dreadful, arrogant chap (Australian accent) who just scoffed at my suggestion that having to pay twice more lots of postage to exchange an ill-fitting item to the next size down was a tad unfair. Do not use this company. Rude and arrogant.

I do not do reviews but had to for County Golf,The shorts and trousers i ordered come well on time and was a very good price and top quality.

Big brands at amazing prices. Bought a few trousers and tops. Good quality and lots of variety even from a non golfer

Over 18 months ago I posted an honest and truthful review of County Golf and its shabby customer service. Having been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years I expected them to try to rectify the situation but I heard nothing from them. I believe that everyone deserves a second chance, so yesterday I decided to order some clothing items. For some inexplicable reason the website wouldn`t allow me to complete the purchase and prompted me to call them. When I did, I was shocked and disgusted by their stance and attitude. They informed me in no uncertain terms that they had barred me from making any further purchases as I had posted a "bad" review on Trustpilots website. They would however, lift the bar if I was prepared to amend the review, so it reflected on them positively. In other words, to blatantly lie! County Golf have seemed to forget we live in a democracy where free speech is considered a sacred liberty. Their attitude is appalling and shameful and far from lying about my experience with County Golf, I now intend to share it with anyone and everyone I encounter.

They say my return didn't reach them yet my courier show that it was delivered to the correct address and an image showing a returns bay which county golf claim it is not theirs. Customer service is very poor and basically ignored the fact that I am now with any items and money. Have ordered in past and kept items so never experience the poor returns process and awful customer service. NEVER AGAIN! PLEASE AVOID

ordered 3 golf gloves as part of my order , first one lasted 1 round before ripping and 2nd one on the second round. , very poor quality

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. Regularly buy clothing from them especially CK, UA and DKNY. Great products at superb prices. Customer service is excellent and had to swap large for medium recently and was done in no time at all.

Very poor service, arrogant person in customer services. Have bought a variety of products from them, some have been good quality, some very poor. If you have to return for any reason, don’t expect good service from them. Closed my account

After reading some of the County Golf reviews I was a bit nervous about making a purchase. I ordered golf shoes due to them being a great price. Ordered on Wed at 12:30 and they arrived next day by Royal Mail at 12:45 and that was free delivery. Surprised, you bet I was. Fantastic service and great prices. I will certainly be using County Golf again. 👍

i have recently bought several items from county golf.
4 pairs under armour shorts
2 castore jackets
1 gillet
several t shirts
4 long sleeve tops
all were delivered on time and exactly as promised .i found the sizing guide to be excellent .
great quality products atexcellent prices

Goods don't turn up.... I paid extra for express delivery between 1-2 working days and they failed to arrive. They use DPD for deliveries whom notoriously don't turn up but send a text saying "sorry we missed you".... what a con

Really good company, instore (salford) and online. Far better than American golf in my experience who have been a complete nightmare.
Highly recommended.

Some bad reviews online, but had nothing but great service. Fantastic deals in the sale and dispatched quickly.
Answered emails fast with tracking query and turned up a day earlier than expected.

I just placed my order and had to contact customer services for one reason. They're really helpful. I hope everything will be delivered promptly. I'll update my review when everything will be completed.
