Currently in dispute with this company for under refunding me for goods which were returned back to them due to poor quality and terrible sizing. They haven’t refunded me for items and are arguing that they won’t refund me for the items which they’ve received back!!! Atrocious customer services, appalling rude attitude received from members of staff and the companies manager when all I have been is polite patient and calm in trying to get this resolved! And there now ignoring my emails. They also don’t offer free returns and Postage cost me £12.50 alone. I will never order from here again

DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS COMPANY!!! I returned unwanted Christmas goods and they’ve under refunded me for a Calvin Klein jacket which was returned to them as originally received unopened and still brand new in the wrapper. I’m absolutely appalled by there customer services! Saying it’s my word against there’s!! Absolutely shocking!! the manager was arrogant and rude on the phone to me along with short abrupt emails from them. Do yourselves a favour and STAY WAY CLEAR and order elsewhere.

Slight issue with delivery, royal mails fault. County golf were swift in response and sorting the issue. Highly recommended

Polo sizes are ridiculous. Poor quality as well. Paid for postage three times (£12) before getting a refund. Wont use again.

I've ordered twice and received all items as described. Appear good quality and the prices are almost too good to believe. Not sure how they do it but I will use them again

Bought the island green tapered stretch golf trousers ,cheap I know. Took a punt. I have heavy duty waterproofs lighter than these. Will be fine for a day out in November with the dog jumping up, but in no way are these golf trousers. Way too heavy.

Was very wary about buying as reviews were so mixed and erratic but glad to say (shame to have to write that) but my top arrived in 3 days and super quality. Rang the day before and spoke to a very helpful man (Aussie) who assured me it was on way. Well packaged and perfect fit. Will use these guys again but a more consistent service is needed to avoid the poor reviews.

Terrible customer service this not an ethical company
They sent a boxed item which had a broken seal and a badly crushed box then refused to refund me
Item sizes are not standard

Excellent customer service.
As well as great prices and quick posteage, I had to deal with a return item.
I paid £5.99 to return a faulty item. Within one day they credited my PayPal account the postage cost and then another day later a replacement item arrive .

Such a please not to have any hassle.

1st time ordering from CG, delivered 2 days after placing order, Sergio Tacchini polo shirts and a Nike baseball cap, very pleased with quality at a great price, just remember to check size guide on any items as measurements vary by make, mine fit perfectly.
Plenty of bargains to be had.

Have ordered many items recently from County Golf - all great quality gear at excellent prices. Ordering and delivery processes all good. Looks like some folk have an issue re returning goods etc - can't comment on that as I've not had to return anything.

Awful service - Received the item quickly and left in the bag until required, a few weeks later took item out and wore to golf at 0700, quickly noticed a strong musty smell and the item being fairly small - After the round checked the size and it was a medium and not large as ordered.

Contacted County Golf and the customer service was nothing short of disgusting, tried to put the blame on me for not checking when received and wouldn't refund or exchange as worn even though they sent the wrong size!

Have brought items from County Golf before but never again - Worst customer service ever - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
