We had a lot of help at the impressive showroom in Heathfield and Rob and Harry made a wonderfully tidy job of fitting the windows. Thanks to all concerned.

Using County for the 2nd time following a new front door, this time with 9 double glazed windows and cannot praise the quality highly enough. Fitters (Kevin and Mitch) were incredibly hard working and diligent - very pleased and Highly recommend.

We have just had seven hard wood windows and a new set of double doors put into our Victorian house. They are REALLY Good quality and we will get the rest done when we can!
The fitters were great and although lots of dust from drilling out the wall for the new doors, they were careful and really took pride in their work. Very happy!

Had multiple jobs with County from sliding doors, bifolds and simple windows. Everytime very good sales process, after sales support and installation.
Jay and Ash did a great job this week installing a few windows and doors, explaining what was done, and leaving everything tidy.

We can recommend County for the sales process. Mark F visited us at a convenient time. He understood our needs and promptly provided a price.

His use of the laptop to show how these windows would look was very useful to us.

The two guys Kevin & Mitch were really great despite the horrendous weather, they couldn't finish on the initial installation day but came back 2 days later after the storm had passed to finish the fitting, unfortunately there is a scratch on one of the frames which Kevin has taken a picture & reported for which we are waiting for a response but overall we are pleased with the new windows

Great windows and front door and good service, quick work and very professional m. The sales guys initially was lovely too.

They turned up when they said, finished and cleared uop. No fuss and three new windows

Very impressed with the showroom and quote experience from County. Nick took the time to talk us through the different options and was really straightforward to deal with and very pleasant, no hard sell or pressure. Although we haven't been able to go ahead with new windows at this time, I would happily return to Nick and County when we can.

So far the process has been good. I’ve only got as far as ordering the windows, not had them installed yet. I did have to chase quite a bit to get the quote, but have found the company to be responsive and courteous.

I moved into my home 6 months ago, and started getting double glazing quotes for the whole house. I am a lady in my 60's, living alone, and always feel that getting around 3 or 4 quotes is a sensible judgment.
Sadly with one salesman I literally had to ask the guy to leave my house, because he was pressuring me to sign paperwork there and then. Please never feel pressured into signing any agreement, if the company won't allow you to have space to think things through, then they are not are not worth working with.

However, on a positive note I decided to visit, COUNTY THE HOME IMPROVERS, as they had their January sale on. I had actually not chosen them before, because I thought they may be too expensive for me - I was completely wrong!

The big relaxed Showroom in Heathfield, offers a range of products to suit all budgets. The staff are experienced, friendly and helpful, but will leave you alone if you just want a wander. When Mark came round to quote, I was pleasantly surprised to find not only the quality of the product, which of course is important, but the amazing deal I was offered in the January sale.

I could not be more impressed, although the windows have not been fitted yet (update once these have been fitted), I have found the transparency and communication from Mark, welcoming. There is no hard sell, just good honest clear communication.

I have no hesitation in recommending, COUNTY THE HOME IMPROVERS, for quality windows at a great price.

Alan was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. As a result we have placed an order and look forward to having our new windows installed.
