First shipment (to Japan) got stuck in…
First shipment (to Japan) got stuck in customs with no notification or support from CP. I had to intervene and resolve. Second parcel (to the US) got marked as delivered when it was not. Now having to chase to try and locate the parcel. CP add zero value. Just go direct to the courier company and ditch the intermediary!

1st time sending parcel to US
1st time sending parcel to USA.Courierpoint made the whole thing easier although I felt that their website was not fully clear on US doc requirements. The courier arrived at 14.15 and my parcel was delivered in Florida the next day.FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!

Shocking service. Failed to deliver.
I have tried to send a pallet of PPE to a UK based customer working in Sweden. I was quoted 8 days in transit. This pallet was collected and then sat in a holding area for 2 weeks in Nottingham. This took it past the ETA. funny how this 2 weeks coincided with Easter, but I was told it was just an oversight. I was sent customs forms, which where completed/returned. Only AFTER my pallet made it to Sweden, I was informed of new customs regulations regarding EORI numbers and the recipient needs to be EU based. IF ANY of this mentioned before, I wouldn't have tried to send it. I am now still waiting to get this pallet back but they seem unable or unwilling to sort.
I am now out of pocket big time, lost business and reputation.
DO NOT USE.
contact a carrier directly and deal with people that know what is going on.

Why wasn't this information requested at the start of the process.? Why wasn't this sorted in the 2 weeks it was sat in Nottingham prior to departure to Sweden.? Why was the pallet even shipped from Nottingham if it was known that the paperwork wasn't correct.?
If CourierPoint or the Carrier are blameless in this, maybe you can demonstrate that you asked for, and provided all the information prior to shipping and not when my pallet is sat in Malmo, held by customs.

A parcel sent to Germany which…
A parcel sent to Germany which Courierpoint said would take 8-10 days, has been held in Warehouse in Germany since 11th March with no explanation, no enquiries made, no nothing, despite constant phone calls made.
They promised to enquire and come back with an answer on many occasions but we are still waiting for a response of any kind. Deeply dissatisfied. Will never use this company again.

Courierpoint Okay
Courierpoint were recommended by a friend for sending a package to the USA. The price was good and the package was delivered only a day later than expected but I guess with the current problems this is not unreasonable.

New courier for me
I reviewed trust pilot and saw only good comments which led me to sending a few parcels through them.
I have had bad experiences recently with other couriers
so I was nervous trying them out. I am pleased to say everything went without a hitch and I will be using them again soon.
