I only leave poor reviews when I have…
I only leave poor reviews when I have exhausted other avenues. I found the website easy to use, including the chat facility and ofcourse easy to pay. The parcels were collected on the correct day but they are the only positives comments. Only 1 of the 3 parcels was delivered and despite emails asking about the other 2 I have had no response from this company. Shocking customer service and I won't use again or recommend to others

We had opened a case with UPS on Thursday enquiring why the other 2 had not been delivered too and they were looking into. Usually convenient and efficient service to the USA, although any disputes are a nightmare as Courierpoint as the intermediaries are difficult to contact and don't have the time or inclination to help in any disagreements with the end carrier. So you just have to put up and shut up.

It took 3 attempts to get the parcel picked up, due to failure to email labels then not listening to which day someone would be at the pick up address. So 2 stars due to poor communication, leading to frustration!

This company really deserves zero stars. I booked a courier to collect a parcel from my home and they never turned up. I wasted two days waiting in and then booked with a different company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, FIND A DIFFERENT ONE AND SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY.

More Than Excellent Service
I have used courierpoint for about eight years, and have always been more than happy with their service. The website is very easy to use, the staff are lovely all the way from their more than excellent customer service to the wonderful parcel collection men.
The prices are very competitive, and I cannot find anything that matches it. I would never do business with anyone else now.

Having used Courier Point numerous times to post parcels to the USA and Canada, I can easily recommend their service.
They are prompt with both pickup and delivery. You can keep track of your parcels at all times. In the rare event that there is a problem, there is rapid, courteous response.
