Courier Really? Please tell me another one.

I ordered 2 Pairs of thongs from Target Elizabeth Feb 21, first order disappeared (Aust Post I think) so I ordered again from Target Eliz after Refund (I wanted these specific ones) 7th of March (Saturday) they booked Couriers please at 10.47 am picked up at 11.10am it is now the 18th and after having to contact them 3 days ago it has arrived at their depo yesterday 10.17 am and I still do not have it, I live in Salisbury Elizabeth for you non SA people is about 10 minute drive, I ordered a pair from Kmart same day as first Target order it arrived from Melbourne 3 business days later no issues, I know both companies are under Coles banner so unfortunatly for Coles Big W is my new go to, Couriers please are useless and losing customers for their clients left and right. Their call centre is in an asian country I know this from talking to customer service and the email that came from them that was not date stamped in the order we do.

I have waited in for two days for my…

I have waited in for two days for my parcel and their driver didn't even bother to ring the buzzer for me to collect. I have to go back to work tomorrow and most likely won't be able to collect my parcel from wherever in the hell they are taking it. Absolute joke of a company with staff who couldn't care less.

CourierPlease should shut down

A delivery attempt was made by the courier on Friday 27 February. The tracking states a delivery card was left however there was no card and later on, I found out that it will be a text, instead.

Following this, I attempted several times to organise a redelivery through the courier’s online system, but it did not allow me to proceed even though the parcels were listed as being held at the depot. When I contacted their support team, I was advised that parcels are normally held for 7 days before being returned to the sender.

In this case, the parcels were received at the depot on Friday 27 February and were already shipped to the sender by Tuesday 10 March at approximately 9:00am. This effectively allowed only five business days for collection (Monday 2 March – Friday 6 March), with Monday 9 March being a public holiday.

I also did not receive any notification that the parcels were about to be returned. The courier has now confirmed that the items were returned to the sender and I am going around in circles chasing up my parcels.
Also, when the items are returned, they issue a new barcode and change the status to the old barcode as "delivered" which is false and inaccurate.

such a crap company. I dont understand how they are still in business.

Courier not attempting to deliver

I was in all day and have received many orders from Kmart through them left in various places on my property inside and outside my main gate. I have just received a message saying they were unable to deliver and have dropped off at a hub. I don’t believe the courier even attempted to deliver as we would have heard them. I am unable to walk for 20 mins with 2 large boxes adding up to 25kg so will not be collecting and now have to wait weeks for it to be returned to Kmart and eventually get a refund. I guess if Kmart wants to pay the least amount of money for a courier service you get people unable to do the job competently.

Shady company

Three days after my order, and after my package was already meant to have been delivered, the CouriersPlease tracking just showed “shipping information received”. When the company sending my order confirmed by email it had been picked up, I rang CouriersPlease to find out was going on. They denied having the package and asked me for “proof” it had actually been picked up from the sender. Clearly a shady operation. My order was a very expensive item. No doubt stolen by the driver, later to be described as having gone “missing”. Use them at your peril.

If l could give Couriers Please a 0 star l would.
It has been one week of rebooking every single day for a parcel to be picked up via Transdirect.
I contacted both parties, and no resolution.
Every day, they say they will collect and never do.
New customer has been waiting now for their FIRST ORDER, and what a poor experience because of your incompetent company.

As I was not at home my parcel was left…

As I was not at home my parcel was left at a facility a 15 minute drive from home, not what a call a convenient location, particularly as I have a broken arm
Trying to find someone to talk to or rearrange delivery is impossible
Very poor service

Very difficult to get pickup

After 3 weeks still waiting.

After 3 weeks of waiting while they had my merchandise in their possession in my city. they attempted delivery on a Saturday. Clearly they do not read Delivery Instructions. I was home in my apartment and they are instructed to call my apartment intercom and I will meet them at the front door of the building. This takes less than 2 minutes. But instead they claim the "business was closed!" And they needed more information to deliver. Pathetic.

Easily the worst delivery experience…

Easily the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.
I received an email saying my Kogan.com order would arrive on 17 Feb 2026. Instead, it turned up on 11 Feb (apparently, I got an email saying there was a card left with instructions - yeah right, no card)—great in theory, except I wasn’t home. I tried to rebook the delivery, only to discover they only offer a 48‑hour delivery window, which is ridiculous. Even Australia Post manages better than that.

Their website claims you can redirect to a collection point, but it doesn’t tell you where those collection points actually are. After multiple frustrating calls and emails, I was finally told that the sender (again, this was purchased through Kogan) would need to change the label before it could be sent to a collection point—something never mentioned anywhere on their site.

Any retailer using this service should seriously reconsider, because I won’t purchase from you again if Couriers Please is involved. Avoid this company at all costs.

STILL NO DELIVERY

I booked a pickup for delivery too me on the 5th of February and the website said I would have it in 24 hours.That was now 8 days ago . I had a notification telling me it was with the driver for delivery , 2 days ago and still no delivery and now they are telling me Monday which is another 3 days. They only have over seas call centre staff and you can't speak to management or anyone else. I needed this product for my work project and that is now a week ago putting me in trouble.
I now feel I can't even be sure I will get the items and I could have driven an hour and a bit and picked them up myself. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !

No notification of delivery

The package was delivered however no notification of delivery was given either to expect it on a particular day or that it had been delivered. Consequently it was left for a couple of days during which it was stolen. The help desk would engage about failure of delivery but fell silent when they finally took note of my questions about notification failure

My parcel

My parcel, a swimming pool pump was sent from Victoria to Brisbane being handled many times. When it finally arrived at my address the courier dropped it and damaged it so it was then unusable. The courier then had the hide to say it was not his fault and could not leave my premises soon enough without leaving me any further contact information on what to do. I would not accept the pump and it was taken away. I have contacted Couriers Please directly by phone twice now and had the displeasure of speaking to personnel (Franscis and Justin) who were heavily accented and could not be understood. I told them that this was an URGENT matter as my swimming pool was now turning green without any filtration. Both Courier Please Representatives told me that a Supervisor would be getting back to me URGENTY and to date Couriers Please have not even had the courtesy contact me at all. I have tried to make an online claim but your system does not even allow you complete the form. What a joke. I will never use Couriers Please as they are a unreliable, uncontactable, unfriendly and discourteous company who employ personnel who do NOT care for their customers. In the meantime my swimming pool has now turned green as I am still without a swimming pool pump. I will now have to purchase swimming pool chemicals at my expense to return it to a swimmable state. Courier Please should at the least reimburse me for my additional costs as they are at fault and have the courtesy contact me directly as they said they would!

The worst service in the industry

The worst service in the industry, there’s almost guaranteed delivery goes wrong.
My parcel was delayed for five days, then suddenly marked as ‘delivered with signature’ when no one actually came.
Avoid at all cost.

They have had the parcel for 6 days

They have had the parcel for 6 days. Yesterday’s excuse was that 14 minutes after being on board for delivery the driver decided it was undeliverable. Address and everything else is correct. They need to be provided with a “couldn’t be bothered” option for excuses, at least that would be honest.

I want to warn other customers

i want to warn other customers and potential suppliers that the service I received through Courier Please was shocking. This included:
- non delivery of parcel
- lost parcel
- told parcel was delivered when it was in fact delivered to wrong address
- request for refund was delayed because CourierPlease could not confirm RTS request because they couldn't locate missing parcel???
- slow response to my question.

I will never use CourierPlease again. Nor will my friends

I haven't even received my parcel yet…

I haven't even received my parcel yet and its apparently delayed. No idea why due to no communication. It was meant to come today but all tracking shows is that it was picked up on January 24 and nothing since. One would think it would have moved somewhat by now but nope nothing. Not the first experience with this company but every time they are the courier I have problems. What's the point in a tracking system if you can't track anything
