Order from KMart late Nov

Order from KMart late Nov. According to Couriers Please parcel was delivered 5 days later on Sunday 7th December. Parcel had two incorrect addresses between k Mart and Couriers Please. Original invoice had correct address..rang Courier and was advised they would contact driver and redirect. Gave me a new tracking number but then couldn't find it on their system.After phone calls back and forth still no delivery. Eventually asked for delivery photo and while they are still trying to sort it we took photo and second incorrect address (after checking out first incorrect address which was a local skatepark) and a gentleman answered the door who then said he had phoned Couriers Please to come collect the parcel on 8th December and was still waiting. Yesterday we collected the parcel safely ourselves on 17th December 2025. Couriers Please have not been advised the parcel has been collected from an honest man and we have left them puddling through their own inefficient procedures and see if they ever get back to us. Please stay away from Couriers Please....they are not an Australian company and are not owned by or a part of Australian Post.

Highly Misleading and operationally failed company

This company has been a complete disaster for my small business. Pick-ups were repeatedly late or never showed up, and deliveries consistently failed. We were constantly given misleading information and empty promises, none of which were ever honoured.

Because of their unreliability, I lost valuable time, missed deadlines, and lost paying customers. The stress and disruption this caused to my business operations cannot be overstated.

Customer service was useless. Staff claimed there is no manager and no formal complaints process, leaving no way to escalate serious issues. Every single pick-up and delivery failed. Choosing this company was a costly mistake that resulted in wasted time, financial loss, and damage to my business reputation. Avoid at all costs.

Customer service requests go…

Customer service requests go unfulfilled, email requests take 1-2 days to get a response. They cant even communicate within the company. Arranging for pickup from depot means nothing they try to deliver twice after the request.

I ordered an Advent Calendar 25/11/2025…

I ordered an Advent Calendar 25/11/2025 from Victoria to ship to Southern Tasmania. (I realised it might be a day or two into December before I received it It is not the 11/12/2025 and the tracking information stopped at the 01/12/2024, but a side note stated that it was heading to a regional rural country depot? NOTHING SINCE. Tried to use their website to contact them, The AI BOT IS HOPELESS. It took me three attempts to even get a phone number to talk to a human. Of course it turns out the number is off shore call centre. Who were lovely and tried, but wanted to send email to the depot, I could not be given number of the depot, or email so I could find out what was happening. Oh NO. Totally waste of time, for both me and the call centre person. I also asked to lodge a formal complaint, seems that it not really an option with the call centre!
I asked for a phone number or email for head office, that was not possible either.
How can a courier company be not contactable by the person waiting for a package.
Contacted the business I bought the item off they kindly offered a replacement, I accepted, and explained that only if It was NOT being sent with COURIERS PLEASE. No we will send it Australia Post, (at least I know it will make it too my local post office not my rural property). But nope new invoice from the business says its with COURIER S PLEASE! I will not post business name until I hear back from the less than happy email I sent them. Also explained I would never purchase or recommend anyone living out side cities buy form them if they continue using this bunch of clowns calling themselves a courier company.
No wonder small businesses are loosing to online shopping with such hopeless courier company as COURIERS PLEASE!

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I received a message notifying me that my order had been received by the courier, then updates stalled. When I followed up, I got very generic responses saying it was being investigated, then without warning the tracking changed to ‘lost in transit’ and ‘return to sender requested’. For all I know someone from this company has kept the gift I bought for Christmas. Avoid this company at all costs!

Still awaiting a redirect of 2 parcels…

Still awaiting a redirect of 2 parcels after 2.5 weeks. Get the same 'cut and paste' response from a different customer service operator every single email! No continuity. No responsibility. Stated they tried to attempt a courier collection of the items yesterday after explicit instructions were given (i.e no one home until 4 and to please call to co-ordinate). Won't see the packages before Christmas (if at all) at this stage:<

Awful service

Awful service. Lost my package, couldn’t tell me where it was left, who had signed for it or any details and took zero accountability for it and said it wasn’t their problem.

Parcels not delivered

Parcels not delivered. I spoke with 7 different people at Couriers Please and constantly got lied to.
Monday, they emailed me I said wasn’t home when it is a work address and there is always someone her.
I rang that afternoon and was then they told me it will be delivered Tuesday – it was not.
I rang again Tuesday afternoon, and they said it would be Wednesday – it was not.
I called again and I was told the delivery driver had it in his van and would be delivered Thursday.
Something told me the lady who told me that (Kristy) didn’t know what she was talking about so I called back 5 mins later and was told it was still in the distribution center and had not been allocated to anyone, but it would be delivered Thursday afternoon. It was not. I called again on Friday afternoon and was told it was still not booked in to be delivered and had to go to the distribution center to pick it up myself.
Do not recommend you use this company !!

DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE DELIVERY COMPANY

This company has on several occasions now, delivered my items that require my signature while I was at home withy door open and the driver just drops it on my front porch without my signature but the tracking says it was delivered with my signature. The driver is obviously signing for my items and not doing his job that he is paid to do and for a service I have paid for.
This company is absolute garbage. DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS.
I had a $6000 guitar delivery three days ago that needed my signature but it was left on my driveway leaning up against my boat. Then this afternoon I had $1500 tools delivered and the driver just left it on my porch then signs himself. This is 100% a fraudulent practice.
My cameras were not operational three days ago but now they are and I saw exactly what the driver did. I will be taking this matter to the Department of Fair Trading on Monday morning.

Delivery Feedback – Knocked Despite Sign

We have a newborn and a note on our door asking delivery drivers not to knock, as it wakes the baby. Unfortunately, this driver ignored the note, knocked, and left, which woke our baby. This was quite disappointing and disrespectful.

Driver never attempted delivery

Driver never came to my delivery address, where somebody was at home all day and there was both a mail box and easy access front door to deliver to.

No 'We Missed You' card was left (as driver never bothered to come to address).

No email or sms notification.

Not the first time. Parcel just taken straight to post office (not even the closest one) and dumped there without notice.

Pathetic.

Consistently bad.

Gosh they're just so consistently atrocious in comparison to every other delivery service. The delivery driver literally made eye contact with me, from outside my property, then left, and I got an email saying "No one in attendance". What!?!?

would’ve given 0 stars if I could

would’ve given 0 stars if I could. no sms or phone call or buzz to the unit, and the parcels go STRAIGHT to a collection point. I gave authority to leave the parcel in the mail room which is locked and safe, and I was home at the time on top of it. If I’d already paid for delivery why do I still have to go and pick it up elsewhere? Very very poor service

EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE.

My parcel never arrived and the driver gave the excuse that my number was wrong. since when do drivers call to make a delivery instead of dropping it off at the address on the parcel. never recommend this again. to get my parcel I have to wait another three days. EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE.

If I could give negative or no stars I would

If I could give negative or no stars it would be more close to the pathetic service I got from this company I paid for fast delivery and got it 5 days late, I was tracking my item the day it was due for delivery, I was home all day with my front door open, then the tracking message on my order changed to unable to deliver due to nobody home, I WAS HOME! It was late in the afternoon and the driver must have been in a hurry to go home so he marked it as undelivered due to nobody body home. There was no van or driver to be seen. He didn’t even come knock on the door. After days of complaints and calls to seller and courier company they said it would be a priority but it must not have been because it turned up 5 days later without tracking. Please be aware when purchasing from a seller who has courier’s please as their delivery service.
