THE WORST COURIERS WE HAVE EVER DEALT…
THE WORST COURIERS WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Parcels never arrived and we are out of pocket. Our Target parcels were due to be delivered nearly 3 weeks ago now, we have chased the couriers by telephone on 5 or 6 occasions now (a call centre clearly outside of Australia) only to be told to await to hear further from them. No updates ever provided. I had to ask them repeatedly to speak to a supervisor and was refused this. This must be a scam company, avoid at all costs! We are now having to drive to the depot to try and collect the parcels ourselves given the urgency of the items. No words to describe how frustrating this is and the most appalling customer service!

I have had multiple bad experiences with these numpties and they will give you the complete runaround. False claims of nobody home, multiple days of booked pickups missed.

Must be the worst courier service in Australia. Their customer service people don’t seem to genuinely look into complaints and they just keep replying with the same “we’ve confirmed delivery” response, when someone was home all day and the delivery time noted also suspiciously changed. I have a feeling they have drivers who steal items/can’t be bothered delivering to certain areas and then just drop things anywhere to get home early. It shouldn’t fall on retailers to bear the burden of refunding customers when the fault lies with poor delivery/no delivery at all. I guess the seller has a case with them to be reimbursed? Not sure how that works? I bought an expensive item from Myer a few years ago and it was delivered by Couriers Please to a place a couple of houses away. Luckily on that occasion the person was honest enough to bring the heavy item to my door. The government should hold companies like this accountable for such poor service, how are they allowed to operate, there’s just no care factor…

I can't believe an insurance company would be happy to insure such a business.
Three times I've had packages that required a signature for delivery and each time the courier has fraudulently signed to say I received the package, but I hadn't. I only learned about the delivery when I received a notification it had been delivered, but it hadn't!
And now I'm finding packages for a different building address dumped by the courier at the bottom of my building.
I've complained, and their sorry, but not improving at all.

It's become pretty clear based on reviews, that CouriersPlease should rebrand to Couriers?,Please!
The lack of care, delivery issues and atrocious customer service with little to no urgency are so ingrained in the company that they clearly stem from management down, including FMH Group.
I have an item currently lost somewhere. Every response takes at least a day. I have emailed managment teams and still been ignored.
I have never expereinced such a dysfucntional company and culture, nor have had a business absolutly stonewall and ignore me like CouriersPlease (and by default, Sendle & eBay for choosing to partner with them.
It's time we all vote with our feet. Stop shopping with any business that use them, make sure eBay sellers DO NOT use eBay labels and instead use another service.
It would appear this business will never change, and nor do they want to.
Just a waste of space of a company
No notification of an ETA for a supposedly signature required parcel ,taken to a news agency,( the second one in less then a week ) and a different news agency than the previous one .
Have sent email after email telling them I can't pick it up so either redeliver or collect it and return to sender it's been two weeks and still sitting at the news agency waiting for them to collect and return to the sender
Totally ignores and doesn't read its own replies from it own so called customer care service and still sending emails if I want it returned to the sender
Total given up on this company to actually do anything right or positive
Don't waste your time using this service for your customers as it is a sure fire way of losing sales for your company as courier please let's everyone down
Useless
Useless, useless, useless! They don't provide an "ETA/ time of day" in their tracking portal to allow receivers to know approx when to expect delivery. They will just show up, and if you aren't home, tough! you have to spend an entire week chasing the whereabouts of your item. The WORST courier company!!
Delivery is already overdue
Delivery is already overdue, received an email that there was an attempt and they couldn't get hold of me, no attempt was made, I'm home, no phone call, no delivery card left. Sure looks like driver just couldnt make it so excuses. Tracking and customer interaction is shocking, no way to make contact with them. Why are merchants using these people.
Terrible Couriers, Clearly don't intend to improve
I've had the misfortune of CouriersPlease delivering my item on 3 occasions:
The first time, it took 3 weeks for an express parcel to arrive. When I went to the depot during the third week, I was given a dismissive "it's out the back. They'll probably find it this week". It arrived a week and a half later.
The second time was sadly the most pleasant experience I've had with them. Item was delivered on time, but security camera footage showed the driver walking through my garden bed instead of following the clearly defined path.
Third instance was last week, I received a notification that they had been unable to deliver (no attempt was made) and that the item had been left at the depot. I drove 40 minutes to the depot to collect my parcel, only for them to be unable to find it, and then confirm with the driver that it was NOT left at the depot and he had it in his van and it was delivered to my home about an hour later.
Each time I have contacted them to leave feedback, and the response I have received is "we can see this has been delivered, we'll now close the case". They take no responsibility for how bad their service is, and clearly have no intention to improve.
Wish I could leave less than one star.

I have two parcels comming from CP
I have two parcels comming from this courier company. the first one tells me it has been picked up from the supplier a week ago and nothing else. Contacted courier Please to try and find out what is going on and i was told it will take up to 3 days to find out what is going on. I have been in contact with the seller and all I get is "please be patient"
i wounld recommend asking your supplier which courier the would be using and if they say Couriers Please I would be asking the supplier to change to a different company and if they wont get s new supplier.

Item has said on board for delivery everyday this week and still no package and then today its saying delayed for another few days.
Its been sitting in WA for the past week and no updates and no correspondence.
Every package that has been sent with this company now has either been delayed or not shown up at all in my experience with them.

Horrendous service by your company.
Driver did not try to deliver our parcel, nothing left in our letterbox or notification sent to us.
We had to chase the company to find out where the parcel is. After speaking to your customer support team we were promised this would be prioritised and resent.
We called the next day and the driver instead of delivering the parcel, took it back to the depot!!
Now we have to wait again for another driver to be assigned to deliver our urgent package that was meant to be delivered a week ago!
We will never use your services again nor will we shop with a company that uses your services.

These guys have their knickers in a twist & their panties in a bunch. Their tongues tied up & heads screwed on back to front. They couldn’t deliver sand into the ocean or dirt to the ground. Once they get hold of your parcel it’s like it got dropped into a bottomless pit, it’s never coming out
Extremely Irresponsible Service by CourierPlus – Damaged and Carelessly Delivered
I’m very disappointed with CourierPlease. Two of my items arrived damaged, and the delivery was handled with complete irresponsibility. The courier left the package unattended at my doorstep even though no one was home. This is unacceptable for any delivery company.
The items were valuable and irreplaceable, and I was just lucky they weren’t stolen by the time I returned a couple of hours later. Such negligence shows a serious lack of care and professionalism from CourierPlease
I would strongly advise others to avoid CourierPlease if you value your parcels and expect them to be handled safely and responsibly.

Courier please service is pathetic. Driver came to my property took a photo without delivering and took parcel to collection centre in Pakenham. We were at home. He didn’t try even once to ring the bell or knock the door. Clearly can see him in home cameras. We Paid for delivery at home not to go to pick-up from collection centre. Customer care response is useless. Try to avoid Courier please service.
Ordered a package through Amazon
Ordered a package through Amazon, which used CouriersPlease for next-day delivery. They did not come and claimed it was unsafe to leave the package. I was home all day at my perfectly safe home.
