Shipping speed was ok. However what I ordered was not what was in the picture. So the Grey leather coat they advertise with the sheep type skin inside the jacket. Looked pretty good and I thought it would be a great addition to my winter clothes. What arrived to my home was a cheap thin.. and I mean thin track jacket. And if could guess i think it's microfiber on the inside, definitely not a leather coat. In the end you get what you pay for. I will never shop with them again. Glad it was only a few bucks. I would have been really ticked!. Save your money and stay away from this site. It's a complete rip off. Horrible quality, cheap and false advertisement!

Like everyone else has been saying these sizes are for Chinese men. Ordered a men’s large bomber jacket and the sleeves were 5” short and could barely zip it up. I’m 5’9” and like 180 lbs. the sizing charts they provide are absolutely bogus because what they say is large should absolutely fit based on the chart. Then they won’t let you return because they don’t accept returns on sale items - and f***ing everything is on “sale.” I was able to get a gift card for 100% so I’m gonna try a 2XL. But I don’t even want the jacket because the quality is low. This place is an outright scam and you should avoid.

I am lost as to how others are giving this company more than one star. I ordered something figuring on a worst-case scenario of ten days for shipping. (Check this date, xmas is long gone, there is no pre-xmas high volume excuse.) Upon trying to track my order, the order directs me to track on Shop. That’s an ecommerce platform, not a shipping service. When I sent a message to support at their company explaining that this is not a legitimate shipping service on which to track an order a representative referred to it as an “additional tool” for tracking. This is equivalent to asking the question, “Is my coffee ready?” and receiving the reply, “Would you like to buy another coffee?” I ordered my product as a going away present. Again, figuring ten days at worst. Which still gave me a few days to wrap, etc. Three weeks. With a “high volume” excuse. That’s completely unacceptable. Now I am reading reviews basically saying, “Oh, expect a complete piece of garbage when it does arrive”? Based solely on this length of time to receive the order this would be completely a less than one star experience. Throw in a reply from the company essentially saying I’m too dumb to recognize what they are doing using Shop as a “order tracking service”. Do not under any circumstances order from them.

I would give this company negative a million stars if I could but you have to put one star to leave a review. A TOTAL SCAM! Cheap cheap cheap! The coat I ordered looks NOTHING like the picture. It was supposed to be a coat and it was thinner than a sweatshirt and looks worse than something the kids used to make in school. The worst $60 Ive ever spent. This company should not be able to exist. Shame on them!

Terrible quality! I asked to return my item and the said it was on sale so I could not.

Tried to return the matching boots, they said I have to pay for shipping to China or I could have a 75% credit.

What a joke! Do not order from. These crooks!

If could give a zero i would. I bought a mans upper scale sweat shirt and sweat pants as a Christmas gift. I did buy it in November just past the 30 day mark. Once my husband opened the gift it was not only thin terrible material, but a size L order, was a KIDS SIZE! He cant even fit a leg into it. I ask to return it or exchange for a MANS size Large and they said no. Outside the window of returns. Over $100 lost. What a waste and beware if you buy from this place.

Beware! This is a terrible online company. Delivery took forever...stuff comes from China, missed Christmas. Jacket I ordered for my son was too small. To return it, I had to pay for shiping, boxing, etc back to China! Jacket doesn't look like the item online and it smells weird. Wish I had come to this site before placing my order.

Terrible quality. Not brand name items. Even worse customer service. Spent over $100, did not wear or take out of the package and they did not allow me to return for a refund!!!!

why why why are companies like this allowed to advertise on the internet? I know THE BUYER SHOULD BEAWARE and I am but I see the frustration of so many customers. This site should be shut down for false advertisement & scamming people to spend their money. They post beautiful pictures and then according to all I've read- send you a cheap rag! I almost ordered a coat- thanks to many posts I didn't.

I ordered a navy pea coat as shown on the web page, waited almost three weeks for it to come, but it was just a light jacket made to look like a navy pea coat, size said X=- large but It could fit a 16-year-old, the sleeves went up at least five inches and could not even button the damn thing, terrible company, the damn company should be put out of business and sent back to china!! Do you think I could get my money back?? wishful thinking!!

BEWARE.........SIZES ARE FOR ASIAN MEN, NOT AMERICANS. I bought a XL coat. I have been wearing XL size for 50 years! The coat arrived and the sleeves were 5" too short and the chest was also too small. They are giving me hard time about returning and getting all my money back.
1-6-25 update: They expect me to send it back to CHINA, although it was shipped to me from Georgia. Keep tuned for further update.

I purchased the Women’s Shearling Lined Aviator Jacket for winter. It looks NOTHING like the picture. It looks like a thin fleece lined with plastic. The pictures do not match the product. Now I have to return it & pay out of pocket to return it. So it’s an overall loss. I do not recommend thus company.

This company sells cheap crap from china and does not accept returns. Do not buy from this company. I thought I was purchasing a nice quality jacket for my birthday and got a frail semi sweater that is falling apart and leaves white fluff all over me like a shedding pet. This item is not a winter jacket. It is flimsy and not quality for an $80 jacket. I got ripped off and could not beleive I could not return it. I am writting this review to warn people that the pictures look great but do not reflect the actual item delivered. Quality and customer service is no concern to them, they will send you crap and keep your money. Buyer Beware!

TERRIBLE! Coat took several weeks to arrive, and when it got here it was wadded up in a ball with white plastic and tape wrapped around it. The plastic had a huge hole in it so the coat was ruined. It should have been shipped in a shipping box to protect the item. IN ADDITION, the item looked nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a bright white coat but got an off white or light tan coat…which actually just looks like the coat is dirty. The item definitely doesn’t match what I ordered.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY,IM STILL WAITING FOR A PACKAGE IS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND YOU CAN'T FIND ANYONE TO TALK,THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 😡

NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISED!!

Well If I said I expected a little more based on their pictures and some reviews I would say a lot. The price should have told me what to expect, and it was worse. Horrible ship time, the times are NOTHING like the pictures (pictures show good quality and materials the items are FAR from it) and to top it off the items are not even tru to size! A large sweater fit like a small and a pair of large pants fit like and xxl! Save your money !! They make everything look great in pictures. What you get is nothing like that! Beware!!!!

Absolutely horrendous quality. Print is not the same as as shown on the image. Not just cheap, but literally unbearable. Do not trust this website. Not even worth it if the item was free. And yet they charged $40.

I ordered a track suit in a man’s large. This suit was cut to fit a 10 year old boy. I tried to return the item for a full refund, but was told it was on sale, and they could only do a 75% store credit.

I could pick up better quality items at the dollar store.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. There is nothing reputable about them at all.

Complete fraud. They send you cheap knock-offs that don't even come close to the images and descriptions on their site. The knock-offs smell and feel like they were made of toxic materials. They then refuse to honor their 'return' policy for having sent 'incorrect' items. I don't know how these people sleep at night.
