Super easy and excellent value

Awful company. I only contacted them once during the cover period after picking up a puncture. Had two vehicles covered. They refused to attend without a further payment of £360 as they classed a stone on the road as a ‘collision’ so said this was not covered. I had purchased a good level of cover it turns out was not worth the electronic paper it was written on.

I had to renew my policy by phone and the assistant was very helpful and made the process easy, and answered my questions.

Ease of contact, speak with a human, not AI. Very knowledgeable polite person. Highly recommended.

Luckily I've never had to make a claim, but they offer a great price and cover me for everything I should hopefully ever need which is great.
It is however rather cheeky to auto renew and not inform me as they are supposed to beforehand. The first I knew the policy was running out was today when I got the email to say thank you for renewing. (And have already been billed) It's not the end of the world as I was going to happily happily renew anyway, but it's a bit sneaky all the same.

Didn't have to do anything other than confirm my details and agree new terms. Everything was explained perfectly to me.

Too many loopholes, will not offer onward travel unless car goes to a garage and they say can not be fixed asap.

They want you to find the garage which is another ball ache and most reputable garages are busy so how can you get an appointment/slot.

They wont recover you home unless they above happens...

No obvious way to turn off auto renewal & customer services do not reply.

I didnt receive a renewal email just had a " we have renewed and taken the money email" not happy about this although have been happy with the service in the past and would have renewed.

You auto renewed my breakdown cover even though I had opted out of auto renew and you didn't even send a reminder that you were auto renewing my policy. Now I am in the red with my bank account.
