The process of renewing my annual cover was easy and straightforward. I awarded 4 stars instead of 5 stars because like everyone else in the insurance industry your price increases each year which means I am paying for the shortcomings or misfortunes of others. I'll be watching this almost 'robotic' price increase closely from now on. You really should hold your price down for motorists who year after year don't claim a single penny from you.

Easy to do, quick and simple instructions. Basic breakdown cover at a competitive price. Hopefully we not have to use, but gives peace of mind that it's there.

I had the breakdown cover for one year and fortunately never needed to use the service.

However, after one year, the policy was automatically renewed and the payment was taken without me actively renewing it. Their website does not provide an option to opt out of auto-renewal.

I contacted them by phone and also submitted a cancellation request through their website. However, after 5 days, the policy is still active and I have not received any refund or confirmation of cancellation.

I understand cancellations may take some time to process, but the lack of a clear opt-out option and the delay in handling my request have been frustrating.

The renewal team at CoverMy were helpful, efficient and friendly. I got all of our vehicles covered, at a very reasonable price. We have used them for several years and only ever had an issue once, on the hottest day of the year recently, where they couldn't get a recovery vehicle out to us for 8 hours (which was not great for my engineer!) The young lady I spoke to at renewal (her name escapes me - Chloe maybe?) was ever so kind and included our brand new van for the last 14 days of our expiring cover for no extra charge.

Was left stranded never showed up waited three hrs tone told can’t get anyone to attend 3 mile walk home eventually turned up the next afternoon would never use you again very poor service,

I needed breakdown cover from the 30th July which is my travel day but the website would not allow any earlier than 1st August.

They didnt warn about how much a renewal would be, taking the money from my account immediately instead.
Since requesting a refund I have heard nothing from this company either for a week.

The cover was a good price. However, had to cancel previous renewal to get new quote.

Used the drive thru, easy to order and drink prepared quickly

It was easy to buy breakdown cover for my new (used) vehicle and took very little time to set up. The price is good, especially as there is no excess payable.
