I've been with this company for a…

I've been with this company for a number of years for my breakdown service. Never had to actually instigate a callout, but have always received excellent customer service and brilliant pricing when renewing my policy.

Forgot to renew.

Although you had reminded me I forgot to renew my premium but, even when my expiry date had passed, I received another email giving me 14 days to renew. Thank you for that.
