Existing customer needs looking after
I was an existing customer but cancelled renewal as it was too expensive in comparison to other providers. I went into compare the market comparison site and hot the same cover by cover my company as before for less than half price of annual renewal.

Appalling Service & Very Unhelpful
My car overheated on the way to Scotland - in the middle of nowhere. Their agent told me to contact local garages - otherwise they wouldn't recover me. 5pm on a Sunday evening - of course businesses are not open! I waited for my car to cool down then drove 12 miles to Penrith. When I contacted them again for help - they said that because I moved my car the policy was invalidated and they wouldn't help! Appalling service.

For peace of mind, this was the best choice of getting phone insurance for my iPhone. Quickly navigated and at an lower then expected price, I am content and will use again if need be.
I would have liked to pay through Apple Pay rather then entering card details myself buts that’s really not an issue.
