Great service, on boarding very simple!

Although the process took a bit longer than desired, the service Coya provided was amazing and I have no complaints at all. They communicated with me in English, as well on the phone, which I appreciate greatly as a non-fluent German speaker and I received a full refund of what my stolen bike was worth without any problems. I'm glad I decided to use their service and I will definitely sign up again when I get my new bike - hopefully though I won't have to file a claim again ;)

I am extremely happy with how Coya Team supported me and my family during our two insurance cases. I am with Coya since January and not a minute have I regret this decision. The customer service is responsible, polite and helpful. They take care the claims seriously! I have recommended to three friends telling my stories and how Coya handled the situation and they also are satisfied so far.

Due to Corona Virus the process was somewhat slow for a phone repair (since the phone could be barely used. The attention from the chat space was amazing, although the communication per E-Mail was a little bit deficient.

This was my first time filing a claim. I accidentally knocked over my friend's laptop causing structural damages. The procedure for filing the claim was very simple. But it took around 15 days to get the whole process done. Nevertheless, amazed by the service of Coya.

Extremely good site and easy method for setting up 2 x insurance policies. Also feel things are quite well explained.
Not had opportunity to use them and hopefully i never do.
The price is very comfortable.
The fact all of above is offered in English is brilliant.
Wish they did car insurance also :)

Got overseas home insurance in English, sorted in 5 mins online.
When the time came to leave Germany I simply emailed them and they cancelled the remainder of the policy and issued a refund, no questions asked. Very convenient.

So far good user experience. The information is clear and straightforward, the website is easy to navigate and the purchase process simple.

They speak English which is great in Germany, However, I sent an email to Coya with all required items for a claim on August 21 and only heard back on September 30. No interim message to keep me posted. If they had done that, i would have given them a higher score.
