Fantastic Delivery and the charger was very easy to find on the website, will definitely be using this site again for my computer charger in the future. Fast and reliable. Ordered on the Friday before the bank holiday and got it on the Tuesday after bank holiday on Monday. Would recommend to anyone looking for computer chargers

Absolutley first rate service, in dispair, charger (2nd one, "compatable") packed in on Monday evening, went to local shops recommended by Google, one chap very helpful (seemed mostly to do repairs) looked up the genuine part for my rather elderly Acer on his phone and sent me the Coywood link. Went home ordered the charger about midday, was on my doorstep at 11am the next morning. Amazed, I live in Northern Ireland, so double well done being so quick. Definately My go to place from now on.

My laptop charger failed on Sunday, looked online for reputable company with good reviews.

Excellent service. Ordered a new laptop charger which is no longer available from the manufacturer. I received a friendly email asking me to confirm my laptop model. Staff confirmed it was the correct charger and posted it out to me straight away. Received a new genuine charger within a few days.

My first experience of buying anything computer wise since I bought my laptop in 2011.
I needed a new power lead and was overwhelmed by the websites offering what supposedly I was looking for.
One by one I searched for reviews about products and customer service, and one by one I discounted them until I found Coywood Computers.
other companies had UK email address, postal address and phone number (to try to look like they were UK based but you only had to read their websites to know they were not).
Great products, great prices and great service - will definitely use again.

It is great to see that you provide genuine products from the same sources as the original laptop manufacturer rather than cheap clones. I saw yet another report of an electric scooter bursting into flames this morning, and those are usually due to the chargers being cheap and nasty.

Having found this UK based company, I telephoned them to check that my order was correct. They were very helpful indeed, and answered all my queries. Very satisfied.
Edit: Item ordered 11 a.m. on a Friday, received 11 a.m. the next day. Item is exactly as promised. Don't bother going anywhere else, this company does it properly and quickly.

I needed a new Asus Monitor power cable quickly for work and came across this company which seemed to be one of the few places to stock genuine ASUS spares. Ordered next business day on Sunday and it was with me early Tuesday as they dispatched it first thing on Monday morning. Will be sure to use them again heaven forbid the second screen goes!

My HP charger suddenly broke and my battery had died so I needed a replacement fast!

I didn't want to buy a copy/clone charger as these are dangerous and I found a genuine one on Coywood. Their website was so clear and easy to navigate, I quickly found the right one and ordered it.

Left charger at home and needed a new one asap.

I did not want to buy a fake knock off, as I know they can eventually damage the laptop battery.

Ordered charger at 12pm Tuesday and received at 2pm Wednesday.

I spent ages trying to find a replacement charger for my laptop. I bought a few from other places that looked to be the same but were all slightly different.

Rang Coywood, told them my model and they told me the right charger. They explained that Asus has changed the charger part numbers so even though I was buying what looked to be the right one it was no longer the right one.

Ordered in in the afternoon and arrived the next and now I can use my laptop again.

I am very disappointed in this service! I ordered my asus charger mid-day Sunday after my pup thought my charger was his new chew toy! I paid for next day delivery and it didn't come till Tuesday!! 😭😂 Jokes aside, top service plenty of communication from these guys and it arrived bang on time.

Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me pinpoint my laptop issue on the phone. They were very reassuring to deal with as I generally find tech problems baffling. I ordered the part from them online and I was pleased it was a genuine HP part as I believe copies, while sometimes cheaper, can damage equipment. The part arrived exactly on time and my faithful laptop is now working as it should. Perfect!

My Asus charger started going on the blink and I needed a replacement fast - I found Coywood and contacted their customer service, who were really helpful and informative. I ordered the correct charger from them and it was delivered to me in Ireland within 3 working days. It fits and works perfectly and is exactly what I needed, and it was so reasonably priced as well! I’m hugely impressed and deeply thankful, hardly anywhere stocks genuine chargers for a decent price and I know where I’ll be going in the future if I ever need charger replacements! I can work on my college assignments and study for my exams without having to worry about my laptop dying and being unable to be charged, which was becoming a serious worry. We presented the issues we had regarding pop up viruses and slowness on the two laptops.
Both issues were remedied promptly, professionally and efficiently and now both laptops are a joy to use.
Cost of both repairs were reasonable and totally acceptably affordable.

ive searched far and wide for the specific charger my device needs. people said it could never be done: that their company didn't stock this illusive charger. coywood came in clutch with their comprehensive website design and two day delivery! :-)

I ordered a replacement power supply for my laptop, though it turned out that they couldm't source that particular adapter. They notified me of this straight away and offered a replacement or a refund. I needed a replacement so I asked them to send the one they could source. Appreciated their knowledge as buying power adapters can be a bit tricky when you don't know much about them. Arrived quickly and was well packaged so no complaints there. One star was removed because I was initially able to order a part that wasn't available, but other than that, was pleased with the service.
